Excavation of cable trench 0.3 meters width and 1.2 meters depth including cost of providing sign boards, danger lights, indication arrangements lead, lift, labour and tools and plants etc., - Tar Road

Cutting open the Blacktopped road surface including the cost for providing signal boards, lights, watch and ward to regulate the traffic, taking all precautions to protect the men, materials and the public from any possible accidents etc., using JCB/Air compressor (or) drilling machines etc., wherever necessary (at anytime throughout the day) including taking all precautions to prevent any damages to the Telecom and Water lines.

Dismantling and clearing away the Plain cement concrete

Earth work excavation in soft disintegrated rock (not requiring blasting) and depositing on bank within an intial of 10m and lift of 2m in trenches (Narrow pits) less than 1m width

Removing hard rock by wedging, chiselling and trimming to proper shape where blasting is prohibited.

Dewatering the cable trench / duct using 5 HP Diesel pumpset wherever necessary including hire charge for Tools & Plants, labour, lead and lifts etc complete.

Cutting the cable of required length and sealing the ends with suitable end caps for 11 KV XLPE cables, including cost of all materials, Tools and Plants, leads and lifts etc., complete.

Transporting of the remains of the empty cable drums (iron materials) to the stores for devolution including loading and unloading, leads and lifts, etc., complete.

Providing crusher dust instead of sand with good quality to a depth up to 150mm (6") including cost of materials, labour, leads and lifts etc., complete.

Provision for replacement of damaged water pipe line to the original arrangement during execution of cable work, including cost of all materials, labour, transportation, lead and lift, etc., complete.

Laying of 11KV 3 X 120 sq mm XLPE cable

Covering HT cable by cement "V" trough after covering the cable with good loose earth including loading, unloading and transport from stores to site and letter painting of feeding details & Cable size on the trough

Supply and erection of cable marker in RCC (1:2:4) using 20mm HBS metal of size 0.3m x 0.60m and of 100mm thick, engraving letters "TNEB UG CABLE" Painting the engraved letters, fixing the Cable Marker in a bed of PCC (1:3:6) using 20mm HBS Metal of size 0.45m x 0.30m x 0.45m including cost of all materials, labour, Transporting to the destination, all leads and lifts etc., complete.

Refilling with excavated earth layers well consolidated as per std specification including all materials, lead, lift etc., complete.

Construction of RCC pedestal of size 0.60m x 0.25m x 1.05m (2 nos) for fixing 4 way pillar box with 13.88 kgs of steel reinforcement in 0.315 m3 of RCC (1:2:4) mix concrete using 20mm HBS metal, plastering (1:5) 12mm thick around the pedestal colour washing two coats over one coat of primer using white cement including cost of all materials, labour, transportation of all materials of size, fixing the pillar box in proper alignment over the pedestal, tools and plants, lead, lift etc., complete. Mini pillar box.

Erection of 4 way pillar box with cable termination including loading & unloading etc.

Cleaning & painting with Aluminium paint 2 coats & numbering with feeder details with materials in 4 Way Pillar Box
