Valve Chamber :Construction of masonry valve chamber: Earth work excavation for foundation in Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales murram, gravel,stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders SS.20B and Sand, silt or other loose soil, wet sand,or silt not under water, light black cotton soil, sandy loam ordinary soil and to full depth as may be directed except in hardrock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering and baling out water and cleaning and levelling the site etc.,complete 10 cum, Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 using 40mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification, Brick work in CM 1:5(one cement & five sand) using ground moulded country bricks of size 8.75 inch X 4.25 inch X 2 3/4 inch standard specification including finishing, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification - 100cft, Plastering with cement mortar (1:3) 12 mm thick in all floors including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges etc, complete complying with standard specifications (S.I.309), RCC (M20) Precast Slab of 0.15m thickness using 20mm thick hard broken stone jelly and river sand excluding the cost of reinforcement grills and fabrication charges but including moulding, curing, finishing charges and fixing in position neatly complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Engineer etc. complete-, Supply and Fixing of Cut Stone Slab all faces dressed including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification, CI surface box at a of size 100x125x150 mm conforming to IS 3950 having hinged and weighting not less than 33 kg.The surface box shall be fixed on top of the RCC cover slab during the casting of slab for key rod operation. The surface box shall be painted with 3 coats of black bitumastic paint, Refilling the trenches with suitable excavated earth available in layers of 150 mm thick, watering, ramming & consolidation complete as directed by the Engineer in charge,Conveyance of excess earth to a distance not exceeding 5km as directed by the Corporation Engineer including cost of loading, transportation and unloading charges etc complete (Total Earthwork Quantity - Refilling Quantity)Valve Chamber Size 1 m x 1.3 m x 1.5 m
