Supplying on site well decomposed Farm Yard Manure FYM (i. e. 1 part FYM) for excavated pit size area of 1 x 1 x 1m. ( consolidated thickness).Quantity of FYM 0.203 cum x 950/cum = 19.85/-.(As per P&G DSR 2022-23 Items of garden work,Sr No45b)

Excavation pit size 1.00 x1.00 x 1.00m for planting large flowering/ shady trees (plant height 2 to 4 mtr.)/ palm varieties of height (plant height 2 to 4 mtr.) in earth, soil of all types, soft murum, including removing the excavated & unwanted material up to a required distance of 50 mtrs. (As per P&G DSR 2022- 23 Items of garden work,Sr No.12)

Filling fresh garden soil / silt & manure in excavated pit size area of 1.00 x 1.00 x 1.00m(,Sr No.22)

Mixing garden soil/silt & manure thoroughly well, watering previous night. Planting reqired plant species as directed etc. complete for required pit size 1.00 x 1.00 x 1.00m. (As per P&G DSR 2022-23 Items of garden work,Sr No.27)

Supply of self watering system tree guard in 110 mm dia,1.80 mt height made up of cotton canvas cloth of polymer pipe of 15 litres water storage capacity stand with 2nos. 40mm dia treated bamboo of 2mt ht.tie with tag at two nos and specially designed dexpandable rubber seal 110mm dia outer & 25mm dia. inner dia installed on bottom of pipe ,and 0.60 m long HDPE lateral pipe 2 nos 5 mm dia to carry the water near root zone connected with gromate fix in tree guard and rapping 1.20m long barbed wire to middle of tree guard for protection agianst cattles and other externa lfactors as per specification. (cost of plant & fixing charges will be extra as per approved rates).(Note:-Plant height should be required above 2.50 m & Dia of stem 25 mm at bottom )

Fixing and Transporting of self watering system tree guard-insertion of sapling in self watering tree guard and capping the bottom with expandable rubber seal. Supporting the bamboo with the help of cable tie. Bamboo to be buried 0.15 mt ht.below of excavated pit.Strengthening the bamboo in pit with adequate measures.Circulating the barbed wire around tree guard at middle ht. from bottom and fixing it.The rates excluding the cost of barbed wire, bamboo, expandable seal,tree guard and all other required material.Fixing to be carried out as per manual instruction.

Providing on site required variety of tree (free from weeds/ diseases etc.) in Nagpur Region i.e. in Nagpur, Chandrapur, Bhandara, Gondia, Wardha, Gadchiroli District. Minimum Girth of tree shall be 6cm, minimum 5 to 6 Branches with maximum number of leaves, clear trunks, well Developed Canopy, Healthy condition free from pest and diseases, well seteled in appropriate size of poly bag, uniform in size and root system are undamaged in bag size 21" X 21" having minimum Height of plant 10 Feet. Third year Maintenance Maintainance of Planted tree in Nagpur Region i.e. Nagpur, Chandrapur, Bhandara, Gondia, Gadchiroli, Wardha Districts tree already having height 2mtr. - 4mtr having self watering tree guard including weeding, soil laying, clearing surrounding area, providing fertilizer, isecticide if required, replacing dead trees with new, watering and counting trees for Second year after plantation.

Providing royalty charges against royalty paid by the contractor to the Revenue department for supply of different construction material for which royalty is necessary. (for Murrum /HB Metal)
