M&L cleaning of RCC under ground sump of capacity 1.00 lakh gallons at Jassai, dewatering the sump with water lifting pump, descaling internal surfaces of under ground sump with wire brush, removing the deposited mud from inside the sump, washing with bleaching powder and flush water two times and dewatering, applying two coats of lime wash inside the sump including writing capacity of tank, date of cleaning with synthetic enamel paint of white tint over black base (size of letter 5mm thick and 15 cm in height) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint on pump,motor,cast iron pipes installed at pump (as per MES colour code) inlet and outlet pipe including writing letter/figure 5mm thick and 4 cm in height with black paint over white base in capital letter complete all as specified and as directed . Note: Matter for writing shall be provided by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and laying / fixing in repair of GI pipe, medium grade (ISI marked) of 80mm dia as in suction of pump, with all fittings laid in trenches / fixed on PCC pillars or fixed to walls etc complete all as specified and as directed .

Chemical analysis and testing of water sample through registered lab including collection of water from 08 Nos shallow wells and 04 Nos sump located at Jassai as directed by Engineer-in-charge and submitting test report to department complete all as specified and as directed.

Inspection, checking of defect, repair / replacement of defective parts, sensor and maintenance of existing RO Plant of capacity 9000 liters per Hr installed at 25 AMN COY of Jassai Mil stn as per maintenance manual of manufacturer to meet the required condition of water by back washing cleaning of membrane, cleaning of cartridge filter, servicing of chemical dozer, calibration of level indicator, cleaning of chemical Tank and all control valves etc complete all as specified and as directed . Note:- (a) The periodicity of visit is normally one and half month interval but in case of some emergency within 24 hours to be attended as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, (b) Spare parts for replacement and chemical required for servicing of RO plant shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of BOQ (c) The cost of replacement of small parts such as nuts, bolts, washer, screws, thimble lugs, gasket, rubber washer, wires etc shall be deemed to be included in unit rates quoted and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account (d) All tools, plant, equipment etc required for service shall be arranged by contractor at his own.
