Credit to HITES for Taking away all serviceable/useful materials after Dismantling/Demolition and Disposal of Existing Buildings without Land including Clearing the site up to Ground Level on "As Is Where Is Basisincluding cleaning and levelling the site complete, as per satisfaction of E-IN-C of HITES. The following operations are to be done as per details given in scope of work. • Dismantling/Demolition of the existing 4 nos of RCC Buildings (G+1, G+1, G and G). • Disposal of debris/unserviceable material/malba by mechanical transport to approved Local Municipal Corporation of Aizawl dumping ground or C&D (Construction and Demolition) waste recycle plant for all lead. • Taking away all serviceable/useful materials including cleaning and levelling the site complete, as per satisfaction of E-IN-C of HITES. Note: All other charges including necessary permissions, Local Municipal Dumping ground /Recycling charges, Traffic NOC, or any other statutory charges for Dismantling, Demolition and Disposal etc shall be borne by the Contractor.

Internal HVAC & Mechanical Ventillation, Smoke Extraction Works, Internal Electrification works, Internal Firefighting, ELV, Audio, Video & Stage Ligting, Sensor Based Car Parking, Door Frame Metal Detector, Escalator, Tensile Roofing, Green Terrace etc. for Auditorium, BMS, Internal Water Supply, Sanitary, Sewerage, Rain Water, Fire Protection System, RO, Lifts, Solar PV, Solar Hot Water Generator System, Signages etc. as per detailed scope of work for PM EKTA Mall Building

Planning, Designing, and Construction on EPC Basis with required Civil Works viz. Foundation, Structure, Flooring, Finishing, Door/Windows, External, Steel work railing etc. and MEP Services, Signages etc. as per detailed scope of work for Guard Rooms and Security cabins, ESS Building and Plant Room

Planning, Designing, and Construction on EPC Basis with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications, all services including handing over complete as per scope of work mentioned in tender documents and directions of Engineer In charge: Infrastructure and External Development - Civil & Services Works such as Internal Roads & Storm drains, Foot Path, Trench, Rain Water Harvesting, External Water Supply Network, External Sewer System, Retaining Wall & Boundary Wall including Gates , Landscaping etc. as per scope of work and direction of Engineer- In-Charge

Bitumin Roads, Pavement, Parapet Wall, RCC Bridge Footpath, Open Path ways / Building approach /drop off, Hume Pipe Culvert, PCC V Shaped Side Drain (complete including sub base, kerb stones, joints etc.) complete as per scope of works and directions of Engineer In charge.

Landscaping & Horticulture Works along with Irrigation system

Boundry Wall of campus with Gates

External Water-Supply System complete as per scope of works and directions of Engineer In charge.

Sewerage System complete as per scope of works and directions of Engineer In charge.

Drainage System (including Rain Water Harvesting)complete as per scope of works and directions of Engineer In charge.

External Street Lighting System complete as per scope of works and directions of Engineer In charge.

Under Ground RCC Water & Firefighting Tanks - with Civil, Piping & Services works complete as per scope of works and directions of Engineer In charge.

Retaining Wall Type I, II, III and RCC frames Retaining Wall complete as per scope of works and directions of Engineer In charge.

STP with RCC Tanks & allied Civil works , Piping , comprising of membranes, pumps & other Equipment & accessories complete as per scope of works and directions of Engineer In charge.

WTP with Pipelines - Civil & Services complete as per scope of works and directions of Engineer In charge

Planning, Designing, and Construction on EPC Basis of INFRASTRUCTURE& EXTERNAL DEVELOPMENT – Fire Fighting System inside fire pump room comprising of Fire Pumps, piping, valves, vessels and accessories etc including external hydrant ring main system, FHC, fire brigade inlet/ drawout connection etc. with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer In charge.

Planning, Designing and Construction on EPC Basis of INFRASTRUCTURE & EXTERNAL DEVELOPMENT – Electrical Works such as Electrical Substation, Electrical HT/LT cabling within substation and from substastion to various buildings with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer In charge.

DG Sets (2 X 625 ) complete with all accessories as per scope of works and as directed by Engineer-In-charge

Distribution Transformers (2 X 630 KVA ) complete with all accessories as per scope of works and as directed by Engineer-In-charge

11 KV HT Panels, Main LT Panels, DG Sync Panels, Hybrid Capacitor Panels, Sandwich Bus ducts etc. complete in all respect as per scope of works and as directed by Engineer-In-charge

11 kV HT Cabling work as required complete in all respect and LT Power Cables & Control Cables/ wires from ESS ( Substation) to various all buildings/ utilities etc. and within the Substation as required complete in all respect and as directed by Engineer-In-charge.

Planning, Designing, and Construction on EPC Basis of INFRASTRUCTURE & EXTERNAL DEVELOPMENT – such as HVAC Plant Room (High Side) & all Low side equipment including Chilled & Hot water piping network from HVAC plant room to various all buildings with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer In charge

Chillers with Chiller Plant Manager and VFDs , Cooling Towers,Primary, Secondary & Condenser Water Pumps, piping, valves, insulation, fittings etc. , LT Panel for HVAC Plant (High Side Equipment) and other starter panels, electrical items, cables etc., Chilled/ Hot/ Condenser Water Pumps complete with external & internal Piping, valve, fittings , insulation and Vacuum Degasser, Air & Dirt Separator,Pressurized Expansion Tank etc.complete with piping and all accessories as per scope of works and as directed by Engineer-In-charge.

Planning, Designing, and Construction on EPC Basis of INFRASTRUCTURE& EXTERNAL DEVELOPMENT- Solid Waste Management System complete comprising of Collection Bins and other related accessories etc. with support services & allied facilities by incorporating stipulated specifications including handing over complete as per scope of work and directions of Engineer In charge.
