(A) ROAD

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal in any type of soil, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-incharge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the any kind of excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.t

Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering, complete all as specified.

Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting with power 8 to 10 tone including filling in hollow and depression which occurs during rolling complete.

M&L for soling (sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stones 150 mm thick (spread thickness) interstices filled surface formed rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber all as specified.

M&L for Dry lean concrete (DLC) of thickness 150 mm having minimum 7 days crushing strength of 10 N/mm2 design mix over a prepared subgrade with coarse and fine aggregate, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 200mm thick Cement concrete work in road /pavement/ hardstanding of flexural strength 45 kg/per square centimeter design mix in field using 415 kg of cement per cubic meter, thickness of concrete 25 cm or less with polyster triangular fibres @ 0.25% by weight of cement. (Polyster triangular fibres measured and paid seperately as supply only)

M&L Forming 12 mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30 mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade 'A'., thickness of slab 200 mm, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply only polyester triangular synthetic fibres 6/12mm long with cicumcircle diameter 30-35 micron designed for melting point 240-260 degree celsius having specific gravity 1.34 to 1.4. Recron 35 as secondary reinforcement in concrete @ 0.25 by weight complete all as specified.

M&L Forming contraction (Dummy) joints 30 mm deep X 10 mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade 'A', complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L Forming construction joint 200 mm deep x 10 mm wide filled with sealing compound Grade 'A', , complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L Plain Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M& L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying of HDPE film 400 Micron thick laid and secured over sand cushion all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10mm thick sand cusion over DLC all as specified and as directed.

M&L Plain Cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 450 mm dia, reinforced cement concrete pipes, class NP-3 laid and jointed complete with collars, all as specified and directed

M&L Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying three coats of white wash, complete all as specified and directed.

(B) ELECTRIFICATION

S&F LED Skyline 45 Watts (5700K), IP 66, high performance LED streetlight, with compact and aesthetic aluminium powder coated housing with fresnel diffuser, nuts & bolts etc complete all as specified and directed. Make : Wirpo cat No. LR06-611-XXX-57-XX or its equivalent in Philips/Bajaj of higher cost.

Supply and laying of XLPE insulated and PVC armoured heavy duty 1100 volt grade electric LT UG cable with aluminium conductor of size 16 Sqmm 4 Core laid in trenches/along the wall/pole including making good the disturbed surfaces of walls/floor etc all connections complete as required at site and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out Soft/ Loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in incl spreading levelling watering and well Ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

S & F of GI steel tubing light grade 50 mm dia for laying in ground and road crossing along the pole in coping etc for cable protection including necessary fittings, clamps for supports, etc., including making good the disturbed surfaces of walls/floor etc all as specified and directed. Supply and lay 50 /38 mm Double Walled Corrugated (DWC) Pipes having corrugation on the outer wall and plain surface on the inner wall confirming to IS14930 (Part-II) for protection of UG cables, laid in trenches/ road/ drain or fixed along wall, poles or laid under floor all as spd and as directed by Engr-In-Charge. Make: Rex/Poly/Gemini

Supply and Fix MCCB Metal enclosures, MCCB FP 63 Amps 415 Volts 16 KA fixing in Metal enclosure, in wall mounted type concealed/ Surface mounted and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls/ceiling/floor etc. complete with all accessories, main switch and connecting the cables with proper all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Conforming to Cat No - 5078 01 & 4200 13 of Legrand or Equivalent from ABB/Havells/Schneider of higher cost.

S&F automatic street light switch NATURE SWITCH for automatic switching of streets lights based on lux level of natural light. The sensor (nature switch) along with suitable power contactor, MCB and support terminals should be enclosed in pole /wall mountable enclosure made out of rust proof, electric shock proof, termite proof and FR grade special moulding compound conforming to IP-54. The contactor, MCB and circuit wiring 16 sqmm copper shall be suitable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make :- Model No. SWADEEP-02EC-5kW3P (3 PHASE) of Healer or equivalent to Havells /L&T of higher cost.

M&L for Multi standard Copper Conductor cable of 1.5 Sq mm 3 Core size, drawn through inside of pole, for interconnection of cable 40Amps four way terminal to light etc. all as specified and directed. Make :- Polycab/Plaza/Havells

Supply and fix Octagonal hot dip galvanised iron pole, 6m long with base plate, 300 mm long weather proof reinforced door opening with junction box mounting arrangement, inbuilt junction box, 'J' shape, EN8 foundation bolt with nuts template including RCC foundation as per manuacturer's design conforming to IS 1786 and hot dip galvanised bracket double arm for fixing of street light and one no of MCB 6 Amp including 40 Amps terminal block all as spd and directed. The foundation shall extend above surrounding levels by 200mm all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make :Wipro/Surya/ Bajaj /Utkarsh NOTE :1. The contractor should submit manufacturer's foundation drawing before commencement of foundation work. Synthetic enamel paint for above ground level, except excavation/earthwork, removal and returning filling measured separately. 2. Applying Single coat of Aluminium paint including numbering of pole in the quoted rate.

Note: The contractor should submit LM79 and LM80 and MNRE test certificates of the manufacturers for the batch of light fittings supplied. The contractor shall also submit warranty certificates of the light fitting including solar panel and battery from the manufacturer for batch of light fittings alongwith connected operation and maintainance manual.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm.× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised iron strip 25×4mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
