REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF INTERNAL WIRING ELECTRICAL FITTING and FIXTURES IN TECH AREA OF AF STN JAMMU UNDER GE AF JAMMU

Attending complaints for checking of existing electrical points wiring upto size 6 sqmm in any Buildings for continuity, no light including carrying out minor repairs etc as required to make the item functional and replacing burnt wire ends, small pieces of wire, tightning of loose connections etc all as specified. Note- Contractor has to deploy Qualified Electrician and Helper with all necessary tools on all days to the complaint cell and complaints will be attended on the same day itself. Recovery for non attending complaints will be three times rate quoted by the Contractor. Note : a) Contractor shall provide his Electician and Helper along with necesary tools to rectify defects from 0830 to 1700 Hrs on all days incl holiday & sunday b) S&F of elevant items in Sch items will not be considered in this job. c) The contractor shall depute ITI holder electrician & skiilled helper to attend complaits, with proper uniform as finalised by Engr-in-Charge, with name tag. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for point wiring for light/fan/Bell with FRLS cable 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated (red for phase and black for neutral) unsheathed, multi stranded copper conductor 1100 volt grade in and incl not less than 2mm thick PVC casing caping/concealed with PVC conduit as per site requirment with all accessories and 1.50 sqmm green in colour PVC copper conductor cable for earth continuity connected to common earth dolly incl PVC box surface/modular sunken box type with PVC sheet for mounting fittings such as switches, sockets, fan regulators etc including taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, bell, sockets or power)complete,incl fitting and fixture ssuch as switches, ceiling rose, pendents, regulators, sockets, lights fittings complete all as specified and directed for one light/fan /bell point controlled by one switch & making good to disturbed surface of wall etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No. 2 above but with 1.5 sqmm cable for one multipin 5 amps socket outlet on same board incl taking dwon old unserviceable one. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No. 2 above but with 2.5 sqmm cable and 2.5 sqmm for earth continuity for multipin 5 amps socket outlet flush type on independent board incl taking dwon old unserviceable one. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No. 2 above but with 2.5 sqmm cable and 2.5 sqmm for earth continuity for multipin 15 amps socket outlet flush type on independent board incl taking dwon old unserviceable one. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
