S&F aluminium powder coated frame and shutters for doors/ windows/ventilators sliding/fixed/openable type complete with necessary fittings such as two concealed lock for each window, roller etc and fixing all as speciefied and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Weight of aluminium three track section and tubes for windows/ventilators shall not be less than 0.55 Kg/RM and not more than 1.00 Kg/RM. Note : (a) The weight of rubber gasket beading will not be measured with the weight of aluminium shutters, glass will be measuerd and paid separatelly. (b) The rate quoted by the contractor shall also include necessary wheels for sliding shutters and hinges for side hung/top hung shutter as required at sight and concealed locks for windows. (c) The colour of powder coating shall be as approved by GE.

S&F glazing with 4 mm thick sheet glass ordinary type including rubber beddings/gasket around glass panes all as specified.

M&L 18 mm thick Prelaminated particle board, interior grade, type-II, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination and other side balancing white lamination , fixed with screws as in shutters of Cup Boards complete with Wooden beads of size 18mmx6mm around edges and its varnishing / french polishing as directed.and specified.

S&F glazing with 6.3 mm thick sheet glass ordinary type including rubber beddings/gasket around glass panes exc 0.50 Sqm in each pane all as specified.

S&F aluminium anodised wire mesh of size 1.5 mm x 3 mm mesh 20 Gauge thick of make M/S Kiran Netting or equivalent as approved by GE.

(upto 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out G.I. flat 40x3 mm size 60 mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5 mm dia, 40 mm long complete all as specified.

S&F Gypsum board of 12 mm thick for false ceiling 60cm x 60cm with staples on snap grid.

Dismantling water tanks exc 500 n exc 1000 ltr. capacity and removing to store

S&F Rotational moulded polyethene water storage tanks 2000 ltrs capacity (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted ans fixed in position all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Gun metal gate valve 20 mm dia with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete 20 mm dia screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule all as specified.

M & L rolled section angle iron such as grills, gratings etc. with ends of bars frame work of water tanks and similar work conforming to FE 290 Gde -E-165

M&L for two coats of syntehtic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide including preparation of new steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

M&L 15 mm thick plastering in CM 1:6, (internal wall)on other than fair faces of stone masonry sufrace finished smooth and even, is finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as directed by Engineer-n-Charge.

Material & Labour for applying two coat of oil emulsion distemper on newly surfaces of wall over a coat of primer over wall care putty including perparation of surface by complete removal of distempered and painted surfaces complete.

M&L for preparation of Old treated surfaceson walls and apply one coat of Oil bound Distemper wash to walls.

Dismantling of floor hearth wall tilling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable to store and rubbish off the premises.

Material &Labour for 40 mm thick PCC type B0, (1:2:4), 20 mm graded aggregate as in floor.

Material &Labour for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in CM1:4 for laying of floor tiles.

Material &Labour for coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exe. 0.11 Sqm but not exe 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match.

M & L rendering 10 mm thick on fair face of brick work or concrete surface in CM 1;4 on vertical surface for wall tiles.

Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 250x 375x 7 mm/ 450x350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match Coloured tiles

Supplying and laying of CPVC pipes of 20 mm outer dia.SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors complete all as specified.

Supplying and laying of 25 mm dia. CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors complete all as specified.

S / F 20 mm dia stop valve /angle cock ,castcopper,alloy screwed down high pressure crutch or butterfly handle,screwed both ends for iron pipe or union complete all as specified and directed.

S / F 15mm dia bip tap,castcopper,alloy screwed down high pressure fancy type ,chromium plated,screwed both ends for iron pipe or union complete all as specified and directed.

S & F PVC connections 15mm size with PTMT nuts of length 600mm

S&Fsinks with drainage board made stainless steel 1 mm thick kitchen with plug, washers and wastes; including bedding in cement mortar to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever bracket and connectiong union to pipe overall size 495m m X 420 mm bowl size 410 mm X 330 mm X 160 mm.

S & F in repair Vitreous Chine Urinal Half Stall type white including all fitting.

Supply & Fixing Vitreous China wash basin, white, flat back, size 550x400mm but including brackets and 15mm dia CP fancy type pillar cock.

S & F in repairs Push button tap 15mm of CP screwed for iron pipe and including all necessary fittings

Supply and fixing 32 mm dia pipe of presure rating 6 Kg/Cm2 laid in floor or wall complete all as direted.

Supply and fixing for 100 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints and laid in trenchesor in wall.

Material and labour for precast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks in cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed trap stone aggregate exceeding 10 cm in width and set in CM 1:6 complete.

M&L granite (of any type) tiles 20 mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with admisture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete.
