Brick edging on both side of the road of M-150 bricks 8cm. (3") wide and 12cm (4½") deep laid with mud mortar including all labour and supply of brick finished to required template & ramming the excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. As per SI.No.-765

Prime Coat over WMM/WBM Providing and applying primer coat with SS1 grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sum using mechanical means.

Tack Coat on Granular surfaces treated with primer Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen (VG-10) using emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg per sum on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Open - Graded Premix Surfacing Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using Viscosity grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable hot mix plant of appropriate capacity not less than 200 tonnes/hour, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller, finished to required level and grades.

Providing& laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type-C as per Technical Specification clause-510

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with approve grade cement @ 400 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing.

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam, Clay or Sand) Including lift upto 1.50 m and lead upto 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer In-charge upto a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches. as per DSR.no. 4.1.1

Class-150 (Non Modular) brick work in 1:3 cement and Coarse sand mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work .as per DSR.no.-6.8

Providing, laying, 45-63mm size Stone Ballast Ghatri Quarry under Hume pipe.

12mm Cement plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 cement & coarse sand of single coat for interior plastering upto floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers, and rounded angles not exceeding 80mm. In girth and finished even and smooth.as per DSR.no.-13.9.1

Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete, Including cost of form work. in Foundation and floors. (coarse sand not less than in 2.36 FM) as per DSR.no.-4.1.8

R.C.C. work Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, Slab including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and excluding reinforcement, Above plinth level upto fifth floor lable 1:1.5:3 (1 cement:1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone) as per SOR DSR No.-5.1.2, Ch. No.-5

Supplying, Fitting and placing uncoated mild steel reinforcement complete in foundation as per drawing and Technical Specifications.

Laying of (350 mm Np-3 hume pipe) RCC hume pipe in of Class NP-3 of approved make of quality at site complete. Including all taxes as per direction of engineer Incharge.

Laying of (600 mm Np-3 hume pipe) RCC hume pipe in of Class NP-3 of approved make of quality at site complete. Including all taxes as per direction of engineer Incharge.

Laying of (1000 mm Np-3 hume pipe) RCC hume pipe in of Class NP-3 of approved make of quality at site complete. Including all taxes as per direction of engineer Incharge.

Dismantling reinforced cement concrete or reinforced brick work including stacking of dismantled materials as directed by Engineer-In-Charge within a distance of 60 meters (200 feet). As per SI.No.-694, Ch.No.-17

Plain/Reinforced cement concrete in sub-structure complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications RCC Grade M30 RCC Grade M30 using batching plant transit mixer & Concrete pump (Height upto 5.00 mtr)

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 (Lead upto 1.000 Km)

Construction of Subgrade and Earthen Shoulders with Material Deposited from Roadway Cutting Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300-2.
