Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side at all height made using 40mm diameter M.S. tube spaced @ 1.5m center to center at both horizontal and vertical joining with cup and lock system with M.S.tube, M.S.tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc., including maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved, removing after completion of repair works, the scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners connection with the building, etc., wherever required for essential safety features for the workmen, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: 1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. 2) The buildings are of around 10m height structure and the contractor has to observe all safety procedure while working on heights as per I.S. 3696 (Part-I) - 1987. (Safety Code for scaffolds). 3) All working platform must be of minimum 600 mm wide, made of M.S pipe and must have guard rails as per specification. 4) Screen of suitable material shall be provided to the full height of scaffolding and securely tied to protect falling objects coming out during the repair work is in progress. 5) To protect workers on lower platform against falling objects from higher level over head protection should be provided on the scaffolds. 6) Necessary aluminium/ M.S. ladder shall be provided at the cost of the contractor, to the full height of scaffolding at required location around the building to enable Departmental Supervisor/Engineer climb up and closely watch the repair work of the building.

All kinds of soil upto 1.50mtr depth

Providing Pre-Construction Anti-termite Treatment using Chlorpyriphos E.C 20% with 1 % concentration or other approved chemical as detailed below including cost of chemicals, labour and all other incidental charges for entire ground floor area of building and injecting termicide emulsion to the soil in contact with the foundation along the perimeter of both internal and external walls, etc., all as per IS: 6313 (Part-2). 1) Top surface of consolidated earth within plinth walls shall be treated with chemical emulsion @ 5 Ltr/Sq.m of the surface before the sand bed or sub-grade is laid. 2) Treatment along the external perimeter and internal perimeter at junction of the wall and the floor of the building shall be treated with chemical emulsion @ 7.5 Ltr/Sq.m, to facilitate this holes shall be provided @ 150mm apart upto GL for inner side and upto 300mm below GL for external perimeter. 3) The entire treatment shall be done as per the specifications and instructions of the termicide Manufacturer and as directed by the Department. 4) The treatment should be done by an agency specialized in the job having sufficient knowledge of anti termite treatment. 5) Five years guarantee from the date of completion of maintenance period shall be given by the contractor in the prescribed format of the department for the above anti-termite treatment work.

Providing and laying 100mm thick Base course under the flooring with cement concrete 1:3:6 using 25mm size hard broken stone including mechanical mixing, ramming, compaction, levelling, formwork, curing etc., complete as per specifications.

Providing, erecting, placing in position and removing Formwork for all insitu concrete works at all lifts and all shapes such as circular works, chamfers, splays, etc., using Steel / Plywood shuttering including centering, scaffolding, strutting, propping with necessary bracing in all areas, fixing of EPs, cutting holes and fixing pipe sleeves, applying of approved form oil over surface in contact with concrete, de-shuttering after specified curing period, etc., all complete as per drawings and specifications. (Note: Measurement for the formwork shall be the area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces. Stop boards for construction joints will not be measured separately for payment).

Providing and casting insitu Reinforced Cement Concrete of the following grades of design mix by Weigh batching using machine crushed hard broken granite stone of nominal size 20mm including cost of admixtures in recommended proportion wherever required, mechanical mixing, transporting, placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidation, curing, finishing smooth all exposed faces, for all insitu concrete items, etc., as per drawings and specifications. Note : 1) The rate quoted shall be exclusive of reinforcement and formwork which will be paid for separately under relevant items. 2) The rate of concrete shall include the cost of admixture in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 3) Cement proportion for Concrete Mix shall be on the basis of weigh batching only as per design mix. 4) The cost towards any upward / downward variation required to obtain the specified strength over the minimum cement content will be paid for or deducted at the rate specified in Schedule 'F'.

M 30 Grade Concrete (The Cement content considered is 370 Kg per Cu.m) - Upto FFL

Providing, cutting, bending, placing and binding steel reinforcement using TMT bars of Fe-500 / Fe-500D grade in all reinforced cement concrete works including preparation of bar bending schedules, cutting, bending, fixing, tieing in position with 1.6 mm dia soft drawn annealed binding wire, welding of reinforcement to existing steel reinforcement/ shear connectors, cost of cover blocks in C.M 1:2, etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Important Note: The required quantity of steel reinforcement as mentioned in the schedule should be procured by the contractor only of SAIL, Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (VIZAG), TATA Steel & JINDAL from authorised dealers which shall conform to IS: 1786 (Latest Edition).

Providing and constructing Brick Masonry at all lifts in cement mortar 1:5 using well cured flyash bricks of class 5 (non-modular) made up of using Flyash + Sand + Lime + additves (Gypsum/Cement) with waterproofing chemicals and accelerators confirming to IS-12894 or latest edition including suitable scaffolding, raking out joints, continuos curing for specified period, etc., all complete as per specifications and drawings.

Repairing and rectifying the minor repair works in CM 1:3 like wall cracks, floor cracks, spalling of mortar on sides of doors, windows, wall and door joints, including the cost of materials, T&P etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Repairs to the wall and ceiling cracks by chipping and removing the damaged portion upto 20 to 30mm deep, 100 to 200mm wide and plastering with CM 1:3 including making grooves over cracks, grouting with cement slurry or approved crack filling compound, providing Glass fibre mesh, applying necessary approved quality bonding chemicals, finishing the surface, curing, white washing two coats, disposing the debris within 2Kms lead etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Repairs over the spalling on concrete members by chipping and removing the damaged portion and plastering with CM 1:3 including cleaning the surfaces, applying rust converter of approved quality, filling the damaged portion with cement concrete wherever required, applying necessary approved quality bonding chemicals, finishing the surface in layers, curing, white washing two coats, disposing the debris within 2Kms lead etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5, 12mm thick for brickwork / Concrete on internal faces at all lifts including scaffolding, curing and forming grooves wherever necessary all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in­charge. [Note: 6mm premium glass fibre of make Dugar & Co or Recron shall be mixed with Cement @ 60 gms of glass fibre per 50kgs of cement]

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5, 12mm thick for brickwork / Concrete on its external faces at all lifts including scaffolding, curing and forming grooves wherever necessary all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in­charge. [Note: 6mm premium glass fibre of make Dugar & Co or Recron shall be mixed with Cement @ 60 gms of glass fibre per 50kgs of cement]

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:3, 20mm thick including supplying and mixing of approved water proofing compound at the rate of 2 % (two percent) by weight of cement and finished smooth with a floating coat of neat cement and including chipping the plastering, applying bonding agents, disposing the dismantled debris, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing Steel work welded in built up sections and framed work at all lifts comprising Chequered plates, MS angles, other structural steel sections, etc., of TATA or SAIL or approved equivalent make including cutting, welding, bending to shape, painting the steel surface with 2 coats of metal coat PU finish paint of make MRF or other approved make over one coat of epoxy zinc phosphate primer with thinner 1110 Ep for epoxy primer and thinner for finish for metal coat paint as per manufacturer instructions, embedding with Cement concrete, if necessary, etc., all complete as per specifications and drawings. [Note: The rate shall be inclusive of lifting arrangements if any required to hoist and concrete embedment's for fixing the steel works.]

In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladders, railings, brackets, gates and similar works

Providing and fixing in position Aluminium partitions, doors, windows, ventilators, louvers, fixed glazing, sliding windows north light glazing, sliding shutter 'E' Channel, trellis, etc., using heavy duty standard anodized aluminium extruded sections, anodized aluminium sheets as per relevant IS code of "JINDAL" or approved equivalent make including pivots, approved door and window handles, door stopper, EPDM gasket, neoprene gasket lining, stainless steel screw, mastic filling, weather strips, washers, reinforcing the door shutters at top and bottom with MS rod threaded and fixed to vertical members, etc., as required and as per drawing etc., all complete at all heights and as directed by the Engineer in charge. NOTE:- 1. Payment shall be made on the basis of weight of aluminium members/section fabricated and actually installed in position without extra allowance for wastage no extra payment shall be made for non-aluminium consumable items like screws, gasket, weather strips PVC/Neoprene lining, sliding wheels for windows, in built tower bolt, reinforcing rods, etc., 2. Glazing, particle boards, Aluminium grills, mesh etc., will be paid separately under relevant items. 3. All fittings except under Note-1 will be paid separately under relevant item and the fittings shall be of matching colour anodized aluminium sections. 4. The aluminium section shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required cleat angles at no extra cost. 5. The aluminium section shall be anodized with "MATT FINISH" (15 micron thick) finishing and of approved shade/colour with the approval of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and fixing in position of 12mm thick Cement bonded pre-laminated particle board of `Bison Lams' or approved equivalent make panels prelaminated with decorative lamination on both sides for door shutters, partitions, cupboard shutters, sliding shutters, etc., including cutting to required shape and size, making as per drawing with Anodized aluminium frame alround with lock rails at the centre for each leaf, fixing in structural opening, providing teakwood lipping alround for sliding shutters, etc., all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. (Note:- Aluminium frame work will be paid for separately under relevant item.)

Providing and fixing cold rolled colour coated Galvalume steel profile sheets for roofing and cladding using sheet of 0.47mm base thickness 550Mpa yield stress (ASTM A792m) with coating class AZM 150 (minimum 150 gram/Sq.m total mass zinc aluminium coating of both sides as per relevant standards) of make JSW / Bhushan / TATA to suit a purlins spacing of 1.5 mts c/c including the cost of providing ridge gutter edge profiles, cost of making crimps for curved surface, fixing over purlins, making etc., all complete as per drawings and specifications. Note: 1) The sample of Galvalume steel sheet shall be got approved by the Engineer-in- charge before making bulk order. 2) The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.5 mm X 55mm) with EPDM seal or with polymer coated J or L hooks, Bolts and nuts 8mm dia with Bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I limpet washer filled with white lead complete up to any pitch in Horizontal / vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Supplying and fixing of 50mm thick Glasswool Insulation with 24Kg/Cum density fixed under the roofing sheet supported by using 75 x 75 x 2mm GI weld mesh including cost of weld mesh of approved size and glass wool, fixing the weld mesh, placing the glasswool, scaffolding, etc., all complete as per drawings and specifications.

Providing and laying of Teak wood sports flooring of Sports Hub / NUPIN / RICOCHET or approved make as per Badminton World Federation (BWF) standards including fixing over the finished floor surface as per manufacturere specifications and as direcetd by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- a) The under frame:- Made of pine wood runners of 70mmx45mm, treated with anti-termite solution and fixed on the bottom side with 10/19mm thick Rubber air cushioned pads, stappled through the two wings at 300mmx300mm. The floor surface shall be treated with vapour barrier and the runners having air cushion pads to be placed on the vapour barrier in perfect level at 350mm in 1 direction. b) Finish: - The surface board of 21mm thick shall be screwed to the runner through the tongue only and lock to the screwed tongue by the groove of adjoining board. Ends of the boards shall be locked by inserting the wooden fingers through the edge grooves and fixed with suitable adhesive. An expansion of 15 to 20 mm shall be left open between the wooden flooring surrounding tiled area / walls. After installation the floor will be machine sanded in uniform level and finishing with P.U. Polishing and water based polyurethane lacquer. c) Marking:- Game line marking shall be carried out in required colors before applying the finishing coat. d) Warranty: A warranty bond shall be executed for the period of 5 years from the date of defect liability period. e) Wirk shall be executed by skilled authorised manpower

White/Colour washing One Coat of lime solution using shell lime of approved quality admixed with glue, ultra marine etc., on existing surfaces of walls and ceiling at all lifts including cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding, removing nails, brooming down the surfaces for removing cobwebs, smoke dirt etc., filling the holes, cracks, crevices with Snowfilla or other suitable filler materials, covering the furniture by suitable covering materials, cleaning/removal of white washing splashing and dropping from floors, doors & windows, electrical fixtures, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting all internal faces of walls / plastered surfaces with one coat of Acrylic Emulsion paint of make Asian (Tractor) / Berger (Bison) or other approved equivalent make of approved shade including preparation of surfaces, applying filler / putty wherever required, cost of all materials, labour, scaffolding, removing nails, brooming down the surfaces for removing cobwebs, smoke dirt, etc., filling the holes, cracks, crevices with Snowfilla or other suitable filler materials, covering the furniture by suitable covering materials, cleaning / removal of splashing and dropping from floors, doors & windows, electrical fixtures, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Note:- The sample shall be got approved by the EIC before making bulk order.)

Painting all internal faces of walls / plastered surfaces with Two coat of Interior Emulsion paint of make Asian (Tractor) / Berger (Bison) or other approved equivalent make of approved shade over a coat of primer of make Asian (Professional) / Berger (BP Primer) or other approved equivalent make including preparation of surfaces by scrapping the existing white wash / colour wash using scrapping / sanding machine with dust free vacuum collection system, cleaning the existing white wash/colour wash area, roughening the surface, washing the area thoroughly with lime and soda mix or other approved chemical using high pressure washer, preparing the surface dust free for applying the primer coat, applying approved make wall care putty to make surface smooth without porous by using putty knife and sand papers, the dust accumulated during scraping shall be collected in appropriate dust bin collector/ equipment and disposed with in 2Kms lead, etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: The sample shall be got approved by the EIC before making bulk order.)

Providing Painting over all exposed surfaces at all heights over rough cast plaster / plain plaster with Two Coat of premium exterior emulsion paint of make Asian (APEX - Dust proof exterior emulsion) / Berger (Weather coat smooth) or other approved equivalent make of approved shade over a coat of exterior wall primer of make Asian / Berger or other approved equivalent make including preparation of surfaces by scrubbing / cleaning the fungus / stains, cleaning with water, filling the cracks with approved crack filler and including cost of all materials, labour, tools and plants, curing, scaffolding at all lifts, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note:- 1) The samples should be got approved by the EIC before placing. 2) The contractor should give warranty for the finishes for a period not less than 5 years as specified in tender conditions from the date of completion of the work. 3) Guarantee bond for 5 years period in the approved format has to be submitted by the contractor. 4) 50% (Fifty percent) of security deposit will be retained as performance security for the guarantee period and the same will be released after successful completion of the guarantee period i.e., after five years to be reckoned from the date after the maintenance period prescribed in the contract.

Painting over Plain Plaster at all lifts.

Painting for wood work with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and make, suitably prepared for receiving paint by scraping, rubbing, applying wood filler, wood putty, making surface smooth, etc., as per specifications.

Painting all types of metal surface with Two coats of PU finish paint of make MRF (Metal coat) or other approved make over one coat of epoxy zinc phosphate primer of make MRF (Metal coat) or other approved make and using thinner 1110 Ep for epoxy primer and thinner for finish for metal coat paint including preparation of surfaces, scraping, rubbing, applying primer coat, applying metal paste wherever required, making surface smooth by sanding, applying two coats of PU finish paint, scaffolding etc., all complete at all lifts as per manufacturer instructions and specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying Polymer modified self compacting micro concrete jacket for the structural members e.g. columns, pillars, piers, beams etc at all locations and all lifts using self compacting micro concrete of make Ultratech (Microcrete) or FAB Chemicals (Mixbuild MC) or BASF (MasterEmacoS346) or CERA (Microconcrete) having minimum characteristic compressive strength including preparing the dismantled concrete surface by hacking the surface for better adhesion, treating the exposed steel reinforcement using approved chemicals, providing additional reinforcement, if any required, applying bond coat, providing form work, preparation of micro concrete, adding coarse aggregate if required, filling with self compacting micro concrete in layers, curing, etc., all complete as detailed below as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- 1) Cost of additional reinforcement, shear keys, form work and anticorrosive treatment will be paid for separately under relevant item. 2) Payment will be made for actual consumption of dry micro concrete. 3) Payment will be made after proper wet curing and satisfactorily evaluating the surface by sounding /tapping with a blunt metal instrument.

Providing and laying Indian Patent Stone flooring of 40mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 Coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat Cement using 20/10mm and below size hard broken stones including laying in panels, cement slurry, consolidation, curing, rubbing the surfaces smooth etc., all complete as per specification.

Providing and laying first quality Jointless polished Vitrified tiles (Italian marble series) of size 600x600mm and 15mm thick with water absorptions less than 0.08% conforming to IS: 15622 of make SOMANY or KAJARIA or JOHNSON for flooring and skirting in all colours, shades and design of approved pattern including setting over base layer of 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm or by using tile adhesive of approved make, grouting the joints with epoxy based joint filling material or other equivalent jointing materials, curing, cleaning the surface with acid wash etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer in charge. (Note:- The sample shall be got approved by the Engineer-in-charge before making bulk order)

Providing and fixing 2mm thick vinyl flooring of Polyfloor/LG/ Armstorng or approved equivalent make for flooring and skirting including preparing the surface as per manufactures instruction, fixing with synthetic resin of fevicol SR 998 or approved equivalent make, finishing the surface etc., all as per manufactures instruction and as directed by Engineer - in - charge. Note:- 1) The vinyl flooring materials shall be got approved by the Engineer - in - charge before making bulk order. 2) The work shall be executed with skilled manpower as per manufacturers specification.

Providing and laying of vitrified pool tiles of size 247 x 122mm (or) 240 x 115mm and 8mm thickness in swimming pool/ diving pool area with water absorptions conforming to IS: 15622 (BIb) and and FINA (Federation International De Nation) Standard of approved make, including supply of approved color, texture and shade of vitrified tiles, surface preparation, leveling, fixed over prepared surface using high-performance tile adhesive suitable for submerged applications with 3- 5mm spacer, filling/ scaling of joints between the tiles with epoxy grout of Bal Endura Epoxy grout /Letecrete / Kerakoll with matching colour pigment to make it water tight and finished neat complete, cleaning the surface with acid wash, etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer in charge. Note:- 1) The sample tile shall be got approved by the Architect/Engineer before procurement. 2) Pool fittings such as internal cove, external angle, internal/ external angles of wall and floor joint, anti-slip nosing tile, etc., be provided while laying the tiles and cost for pool fittings shall also be included while quoting the rates and the same will not be paid extra.

Supplying, erection in position rolling shutter including assembling fitting and fixing standard steel rolling shutters of pull and push type conforming to IS:6248 with all accessories such as slide guide channel with stiffeners, bracket, plate, Pulley, U-clamp, Spring and pipe shaft, lock plate, pulling hook, sliding lock, roller ball bearings, curtain shall be built up of interlocking MS lathe section formed from cold-rolled steel strips of 1.20mm thickness and 75mm wide, gear, pulling hook handle with necessary fittings and locking arrangements on both ends including 1.25mm thick MS hood cover, galvanising the lathe section, guide rails, bottom plate, hood cover, bracket plate and suspension shaft, painting two coats of anti-corrosive paint of approved colour and make over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer / zinc phosphate primer, etc., all complete as per specification, drawing, and as directed by the Engineer for various structural openings. (Note: Actual area of opening only shall be measured and paid).

Providing flooring / Cladding with approved Cement Concrete designer tiles of make Eurocon/Ultra or other approved equivalent make conforming to IS:1237 of approved size, shape and colour over brickwork/ concrete surfaces over a base coat of 12 mm thick CM 1:3 and 20mm thick in CM 1:4 for cladding and flooring respectively, including filling the joints with the matching colour paste (white cement plus colour pigments), simultaneous sunk pointing at all levels, scaffolding, curing, finishing, washing the floor with soap solution etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Flooring/Step

Disposal of surplus excavated earth / Debris by collecting, loading, transporting by mechanical means and unloading them at places as shown by the Department within a lead specified below and levelling, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1) The rates in respect of this item are applicable for the NET Quantities arrived at after making deductions for voids @ 20% in respect of soil and @ 50% in respect of rock from the corresponding stack / truck measurements. 2) The earth shall be dumped well inside the dumping yard and not over approach pathway road.

Exceeding 1 Km but not exceeding 2 Kms

Labour charges for removing the existing PVC Flooring at all lifts including clearing and depositing all debris with in a distance of 100 meters, removable PVC material in good condition shall be handed over to Civil maintenance section, Kalpakkam etc., all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling Asbestos sheets roofing at all levels including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the retrieved/broken sheets stock within 100m lead etc., all as directed by Engineer - In - charge.

Dismantling Plain cement concrete/Brick bat coba at all lifts including clearing and depositing the same with a distance of 100 metres as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of Tile work in floors and roofs laid in CM upto 25mm thick including removal of tiles, stacking as directed, disposal of debris within a initial lead of 50m, etc., all complete.

Dismantling Brick work in cement mortar at all lifts including clearing and depositing the debris within a distance of 100 metres all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
