(i)Firm should quote the specific Make / Brand in single offer not Multi Make / Brand. If any offer is received with multi- brand offer may be rejected. Firm should follow and comply with the specifications attached with this tender. (ii) Firm should upload past experience for supplying this item/similar item i.e (CRN,R-Note and PO copy) to any shed/depot of Indian Railways.
a) This is RDSO restricted item and obligatory to be procured from RDSO approved/developmental sources only. Offer of other sources will be ignored. Firm to upload valid RDSO approval document. b) Any firm quoting on behalf of any RDSO approved source must upload the valid tender specific authorization from the OEM i.e. RDSO approved source, failing which their offer will be summarily rejected without any back reference. (c) Firm should quote their offered make/brand along with model number.
RDSO approved source may upload valid RDSO approved list for the tendered item as well as past performance such as previous PO copy, R Note, Inspection Certificate of this Railway, other Railway and Railway production unit while quoting.
Firms those are registered with RDSO having item ID:3100611 are only eligible to quote. Other offers are summarily rejected without any back reference.

L.D Clause :- For delayed supplies, recovery of liquidated damage (LD) shall be levied at the (0.5%) of the price of the store per week or part of the week during which delivery is accepted and the upper limit for recovery of LD in supply contract is 10%(Ten percent ) of the value of contract irrespective of delays,unless otherwise provided, specially in the contract.

Submission of Manufacturer's Test and Guarantee Certificate along with supply.
Necessary documents - Inspection forwarding letter, Challan, Tax Invoice, Warranty certificate, Test certificate, MA if any also to be supplied with materials for billing response.

Ca pacitor should have discharge resistor and over pressure discharge disconnection as per RDSO modification sheet no. RDSO/ PE/ MS/ AC/ 0054-2011 (Rev-0) and confirming to IS 13340 with ISI mark and properties as defined in table 1 of RDSO modification sheet no. RDSO/ PE/ MS/ AC/ 0054-2011 (Rev- 0) suitable for capacit or bank of LHB AC coaches and power cars (as per RCF spec no. EDML-130, Rev-1, Corr-5 or latest). Materia l is EPCOS cat no. B25671R4032A 80 or Vishay part no. ACMKPHD480.3.300 or equivalent. Conducting wire s fixed with capacitor terminals should be of length 1 Mtr approx. and should be soldered properly with ter minals for its proper attachment with circuit.
