Taking down of old existing roof treatment of any description incl scrub and remove loose concrete, brick tiles, mud fuska, plaster, bitumen, oil grases and any other materials that might effect adhesion by wire brushing the surface and cleaning of the surface throughly with water and disposed off old materials from site complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 50 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 ( using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in padding/ base on roof complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 20 mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 on RCC roof slab, finish even and smooth for receive water proofing APP membrane using WPC @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of the plastered roof surfaces and fix the APP polymeric water proofing membrane of minimum 3 mm thickness & weighing not less than 3.6 Kg / Sqm of , black finished reinforced with non-woven ployster 160 gsm matt with a thermofusible finish laid over primer conforming to IS:3384-1965 @ 0.5 Kg/Sqm and thereafter apply compitable hot blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm torching overlaps with a propane or a butane gas torch with a overlap of 75 mm at the sides and 100 mm at the end sealing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling water tanks and removing to store of capacity n exc 500 ltrs complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 500 ltrs capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling water tanks of capacity exc 500 and n exc 1000 ltrs and removal to contractor's store yard, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 1000 ltrs capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks tripple layer (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar in any position including all quoins, arches & pillars etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster including racking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces of walls, facia etc to be finished even and smooth (w/o using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion including priming plastered and other surfaces with chalk whitening/putty preparatory to distempering on surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from walls, fins, chajja etc shall include brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrubbing down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescence salts and treating oil and greasy spots and removing debris/ malba to low lying area out side of MOD land and applying 3 mm thick a layer of wall care water proof putty on scrapped/uneven surfaces to match with the existing surfaces before application of primer/distemper and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkats or frame with shutters (without taking off shuttters from frames) size exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc 4 Sqm each each and removing from site and making good disturbed surfaces as per existing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F powder coated aluminium frame of standard section for doors, windows , ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L 5 mm thick tinted sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty/rubber/aluminium beading in square pane complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing for toughened glass frameless partition, 12 mm thick Toughened Glasspartitions upto 3.00 M with proper machine edge finish in angle & fixed in the flooring with Aluminium 'U' channel & flushed with the ceiling. Glass panels to be formed as per approved modules 12 mm thick clear toughened glass edge polished and accurate designed holes to be installed by means of steel angle or spider fittings of an . The structural Glass walls system shall be complete with proper water tight silicon sealants /gaskets. M.S Brackets to support the structure system shall be hot dipped galvanized and slots in the brackets to be pre drilled not flame cut. All bolts,nuts,washers shall be 300 series non magnetic stainless steel and lock washers to be provided at all bolting connections. All anchor fasteners . All structural silicone shall be of Dow Corning make. The Rates includes all material, Labour, Wastages, Cost of scaffolding,fixing & Finishing with frosted design film etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing for 12 mm thick Toughened Glass frameless doors upto 2.10 M with all as per required arrangement & proper machine edge finish in angle & fixed in the flooring side with Aluminium 'U' channel . Glass panels to be formed as per approved modules 12 mm thick clear toughened glass edge polished and accurate designed holes to be installed by means of steel fittings of Including Floor spring , Lock approved make, Door Handle both side, all works including labour, wastages, cost of scaffolding, finishing with frosted design film etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing factory made uPVC door frame made of uPVC. extruded sections having an overall dimension (extruded section profile) 48x40 mm (tolerance ± 1 mm), with wall thickness 2.0 mm (± 0.2 mm), corners of the door frame Jointed with galvanized brackets and stainless steel screws, joints mitred and Plastic welded. The hinge side vertical of the frames reinforced by galvanized M.S. tube of size 19 X 19 mm and 1mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickness and 3 nos. stainless steel hinges fixed to the frame complete all as specified by the manufacturer and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for grinding/polishing to existing terrazo flooring by mechanical machine method complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 18 to 22 mm thick machine cut pre-polished Kota stone slabs in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over 10 mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:4, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of PCC cement concrete above ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) un reinforced complete complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (40mm graded stone aggregate ) for sub base 75mm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L in applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to new steel and iron surfaces over 10cm in width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, approns etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar and removing rubbish off the premises including Taking down cement plaster including racking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces of walls finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for providing PVDF aluminium composite panels with fire resistent mineral filled core material as in interior/exterior wall cladding upto G+2 storeyed external wall surface shall consist of following complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (i) Aluminium sheet making a total panel thickness of 6 mm with outer surface finished with PVDF based coating 0.25mm ,inner surface finished with a thin coat of polyster paint. The cleness of aluminium cover sheet shall be 0.50 mm inner core shall be of LDPE (ii) aluminim framing of section 25 mmx50 mm x1.50mm thick , (iii) aluminium grid shall not be exceed 1.0 Sqm each the aluminium grid not more than 1 m c/c shall be fixed with MS angle 30x30x5 mm projected 150mm from surface of wall, (iv) Colour shall be approved by GE. Supplying ,laying and testing XLPE cable insulated screened, PVC bedded galvanized steel strip of wire armored , electric power cable (Heavy duty ) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminum conductorof size 50 sqmm 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying, connecting and testing XLPE underground cable insulated, and overall sheathed with aluminium conductor heavy duty 1100 volts grade 10 sqmm 4 core laid in trenches/ on poles/ road crossing or passing through existing/new pipe under road crossing, clamping on wall etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) Cost of laying electrical cable through new/existing pipe under road, buildings, railway tracks, highways and Aluminium thimbles/lugs are incl in the quoted rates. (ii) All equipments , machinery or tools if required for laying electrical cable through new/existing pipes are provided by the contractor without any extra cost.
