M&L for Pine wood cladding having unique grain and colour as approved including framing and cladding using pine wood planks of 10 mm thick after buffing and polishing the pine complete all as directed. The quality of pine should be of premium grade encompassing boards with large knots and thickness before buffing should not be less than 13 mm and Polishing PU with three layer of sanding complete all as per approved design and pattern. Laser cut slots and profile spacing shall be done as per site illumination design as directed .The projection areas should consist of 35 mm x 50 mm of pine which shall be used as edges and The panelling shall be provided over aluminum based ladder design of sec 25 mm x 50 mm. The design of pinewood shall have the V groove at every 112 mm and depth of V-Groove shall not be less than 6 mm complete all as specified and directed. ( Note: (i) The design and pattern of pine wood cladding shall be as approved at site. (ii) Every stage of work shall be got passed by GE before commencing next stage of work.)

M&L for preparing the wall surface by scrapping the old paint and creating dent on surface and applying layer of binder over silicon based binding primer to level the wall surface smooth to apply matt finish painting complete all as per manufacturer’s instructions and sanding, buffing and filling the air bubbles once the base of the layer binder is smoothened. After surface smoothened the top layer shall be applied with POP wall putty and painted with two coats of matt finish paint over a coat of primer of M/s Asian paints or equivalent as approved complete all as per manufacturer instructions and all as specified and directed. ( Note: (i) Painting work shall be done by authorised applicator of approoved manufacturer only. (ii) The finish of paint shall be got approved by GE at site by making different samples and rate quoted shall include for same.)

M&L for POP moulding fiber based profile of size 1.5 inch X 1.25 inch, 1.5 SITC as in Cornices & Borders of approved pattern including the surface painted with matt finish using M/s Asian paint or equvalent complete all as specified and directed. ( Note: (i) The profile pattern shall be got approved by GE at site. (ii) The surface finish of profile shall match with existing finish and rate quoted shall include for same.)

Supply, fixing and testing of theme based LED proffessional strip light 11 Watt/RM, IP 65, white/warm white/ neutral white including cutting, chasing the surfaces as per approved design and pattern and the illumination shall be concealed in and including 'L' shape pine cladding of size 1.25 inches x 1.5 inches depth complete all as specified and directed. The scope of work and rate quoted shall include as follows:- Scope of Work : (a) Theme based concealed illumination with the help of different depth of Aluminium profile, 'L' pine cladding. The Source of light shall be embedded inside in the mounting surface by cutting the slot 1 inch on surface and fixing the profile with the help of tetra clean heat sink paste of M/s 3M. The paste shall be applied on outer surface of led profile and inner surface of slots for fixing. (b) Wattage: 11 Watt/RM, Type: Linear flexible Strip BIS certified, Color : 3000 K to 5000 K, Make : Osram/ Philips/ Syska. Note: (i) The profile pattern shall be got approved by GE at site. (ii) The sketches of design and pattern of theme based profile shall be entered in MB before claiming payment.

Supply and fix SMPS of following capacity to supply constant current including installing inside the profile after cutting pine wooden cladding and inserting inside the wooden / wall / hard surface by creating the slot of 3 inches x 4 inches x 3 inches complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: IP 65 connector shall be used at every connection and at dead end and rate quoted shall include for same.) Make: Philips/ Syska/ Khaitan

M&L for concealed circuit wiring using two run copper cable of 1.5 Sqmm drawn in and including PVC conduit of size 20mm by making slots inside wooden / wall surfaces complete all as specified and directed. The circuit shall be designed in such a way that illumination of all parts can be controlled from one CB. IP65 silicon based joint termination shall only be done to minimise the data flow interreference. Automation : Line loss control system to monitor the drop of voltage due to travelling of DC data more than 10 ft. The design of lighting shall be in such a manner that total data loss should not cross 0.8% of total data transferred at point of time. The Slot cutting shall be as under and rate quoted shall include for same : On walls : Linear 1.25 x 1.25 inches and On wood Slot of 1.25 x 1.25 inches shall be cut, inside surface of wood & shall be buffed with the help of buffing machine. IP 65 spray shall be applied to make wood water resistant from inside the slot to avoid the data loss for DC urrent. On false ceiling: 1 inches conduit with fiber hanging clip shall be used.

Supply & Fix SITC of LED Module, 12.8 wattage, Model No. PL-CN50-COB-1400-830-40D-G2(DC350 MA) of Make M/s Osram complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix track light luminaire integral type Powder coated LED fitttng of 11 Watt, 5000 K, Oppel Type metal body, optical honeycomb lens, 220 V input Voltage complete with all accessories including inbuilt driver complete all as specified. (Make: Syska/ Philips / Bajaj )

Taking down the LED recess mounted light fitting of any type and make from height of 33 feet and dismantling the fitting and changing of 11 watt LED panel light from 6500 K to 4000 K and assembling after carrying necessary changes as described and refixing in the same location after testing complete all as specified and directed. Note: Necessary changes as described shall be carriedout by authorised technical team of original existing make only.
