De-silting/cleaning of 5000 GPH Tube Settler filtration plant by way of Pre Settling tank Disassembling of the light weight FRP strips/pieces fitted in tongue and groove arrangement from slots of Pre -settling tank by using skilled labour, tools and tackles with utmost care and precautions to avoid damage to. - The dismantled FRP strips have to be shifted to a safer place for its stacking and stacking properly to avoid any fracture or damage of the FRP Strips/pieces and include all head load involved in carrying the job at site. - The FRP strips so dismantled are to be taken one after another and cleaned from both sides using brushes, soap scrubbers and other cleansing agents for removing the crust layer of silt/mud and other foreign bodies accumulated on it to achieve a clean and smooth surface. - The area of the Pre Settling Tank below the slots for fitment of FRP Plates /strips need to be cleared off from the accumulated silt on walls including bottom portion of MS tank. The job is to be carried out by skilled Labour, tools and tackles as required for carrying out the job at site. - After Cleaning of PVC strips, MS PRE Settling Tank shall have be cleaned inside and outside by way of using brushes, soap scrubbers and other cleansing agents for removing the crust layer of silt/mud and other foreign bodies accumulated on it to achieve a clean and smooth surface. - The FRP strips after cleaning are again to be installed in the slots of the Pre settling tank at its proper place and position of fitment with utmost care and precautions to be taken to avoid any damage to the FRP Strips to achieve the required surface area as designed for the flocculator of the presetting tank. Flocculater Tank , Alum Mixing Chamber & Agitator chamber - Flocculator Chamber and Alum Mixing Chamber shall have to be cleaned inside thoroughly by way of using brushes, soap scrubbers and other cleansing agents for removing the crust layer of silt/mud and other foreign bodies accumulated on it to achieve a clean and smooth surface. The includes dismantling of prime movers and blades / churner so that proper cleaning is achieved. [16 Labours @503/Labour]

Removal of choked filter media from pressure filter vessel .The job includes all loads and lifts, disposal of choked media to dumping site outside the premises of the plant. De-silting of pressure vessel Chamber shall have to be cleaned inside thoroughly by way of using brushes, soap scrubbers and other cleansing agents for removing the crust layer of silt/mud and other foreign bodies accumulated on it to achieve a clean and smooth surface following the removal of chocked filter media from the vessel manually . The vessel needs to be cleaned properly and dried before laying of fresh media [10 Labours @733/Labour]

Providing and laying of filter media of specific size and grade to be laid in 5000/6000 GPH Pressure vessel duly washed, free from dust, dirt, loom and any other inorganic material or suspension .the job includes carriage of filter media from Ganderbal to site including all loads and lifts required on the site condition. The media is to be lad in different layers of specific size and grade from bottom to top over the filter bed plate. The bottom layer is to be laid without tilling/damaging the pressure nozzles.

Providing and fitting of 12 mm dia. Fine threaded PVC nozzles auxiliary type to be fitted on filter bed plate of pressure vessel.

Providing and fitting of 29 inch. Dia. rubber washers /gaskets for manhole and inspection chamber and opening of pressure filter vessel.

Replacement of agitator / flash mixer in alum solution holding tank fabricated out of wetted parts in stainless steel, speed 20-30 rpm .intermediate bearing paddle type twin blades free standing type.

Providing and fitting of pressure gauges with adopters to replace damaged ones these pressure gauges should be in the range of 0-50 kgf/cm/sg and be reputed make.

Replacement of 80 mm dia. cast iron diaphragm valves by way of inducing fresh DI Gate/Butter fly valves with pressure rating of PN16. The job includes providing and fitting of nuts and bolts and washers and necessary mechanical works

Painting with synthetic enamel paint two or more coats of approved brand and bar pressure clarifier pressure filter vessel, fittings and complete piping after cleaning of dirt by kerosene oil and application of steel primer of specific grade.

P/F of 03 no’s CI 80 mm (Ball Valves-Reputed make) The job includes providing and fitting of nuts and bolts and washers with allied mechanical works with fittings etc.
