For 6 inch diameter pipeline: Both end flange welding (jointing) work of 6 inch dia. M.S. pipe line with superior quality of electrodes (MS electrodes, Welding machine and other equipment for welding supply by contractor and M.S. Flange will be provided by department. (For 2000 Mtrs / 6 Mtr length of pipe = 333 Nos of pipe approx.)
Loading, transportation and laying of M.S. pipe 6 inch dia from surface after flange welding to proposed site in mine with the help of haulage.
Cutting of rubber packing for 6 inch dia to joint pipes (Rubber belt will be provided by department.
Jointing of 6 inch dia. M.S. pipes at proposed site including bends, sluice valves, non-return valves, hose pipes, suction pipes etc. (Spanners, M.S. Nut and Bolts will be supplied by contractor)
For 8 inch diameter pipeline: Both end flange welding (jointing) work of 8 inch dia.
