12 mm (Twelve milimeter ) cement plaster of mix 1:6 (One cement isto Six fine sand), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm (One milimeter ), of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of Special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr /10 sqm, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Painting wood work with Deluxe MultiSurface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm (Twelve milimeter ) thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (One cement isto Three coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete Size of Tile 500x500 mm (Five hundred into Five hundred milimeter ), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete Size of Tile 500x500 mm (Five hundred into Five hundred milimeter ), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing tiled false ceiling of specified materials of size 595x595 mm (Five hundred ninety five into Five hundred ninety five milimeter ) in true horizontal level, suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections ( galvanized @ 120 (One hundred twenty) grams/ sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main "T" runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38 mm (Twenty four into Thirty eight milimeter ) made from 0.30 mm (Zero point Thirty milimeter ) thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm (One thousand two hundred milimeter ) center to center and cross "T" of size 24x25 mm (Twenty four into Twenty five milimeter ) made of 0.30 mm (Zero point Thirty milimeter ) thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm (One thousand two hundred milimeter ) long spaced between main "T" at 600 mm (Six hundred milimeter ) center to center to form a grid of 1200x600 mm (One thousand two hundred into Six hundred milimeter ) and secondary cross "T" of length 600 mm (Six hundred milimeter) and size 24x25 mm (Twenty four into Twenty five milimeter ) made of 0.30 mm (Zero point Thirty milimeter) thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600 mm (One thousand two hundred into Six hundred milimeter ) panel to form grids of 600x600 mm (Six hundred into Six hundred milimeter) and wall angle of size 24x24x0.3 mm (Twenty four into Twenty four into Zero point three milimeter )and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main "T" runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27 x 37 x 25 x1.6 mm (Twenty seven into Thirty seven into Twenty five into One point six milimeter ) fixed to ceiling with 12.5 mm (Twelve poit five milimeter) dia and 50 mm (Fifty milimeter ) long dash fasteners, 4 mm (Four milimeter ) GI adjustable rods with galvanised butterfly level clips of size 85 x 30 x 0.8 mm (Eighty five into Thirty into Zero point eight milimeter ) spaced at 1200 mm (One thousand two hundred milimeter )center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24 mm (Twenty fpur milimeter ) of all T-sections shall be prepainted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per pecifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. GI Metal Ceiling Lay in plain Tegular edge Global white color tiles of size 595x595 mm (Five hundred ninety five into Five hundred ninety five milimeter ) , and 0.5 mm (Zero point Five milimeter ) thick with 8 mm (Eight milimeter ) drop; made of G I sheet having galvanizing of 100 gms/sqm (One hundred gram per Square meter ) (both sides inclusive) and electro statically polyester powder coated of thickness 60 (Sixty) microns (minimum), including factory painted after bending, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts, ISI marked, anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868 ) transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete (a) 150x10 mm (One hundred fifty into Ten milimeter ), including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
