Note :- 1. Work will be carried out upto 4th storey of bldgs also as per direction of Engr-in-charge including necessary formwok and Mild steel scaffolding required as per site conditions & no extra payment shall be made on this account. 2. Contractor should also resolve the day to day problems/ complaint related to item no 01 to 149 in piece meal as per requirement and give the feedback to the Engr-in-charge within next 24 hours about the work done and complete site will not be vacated for the same, only requirement basis site for work will be handed over and work will be carried out up to 4th storey. 3. The contractor shall be provided with space for setting up maintenance cell at the specified location as per the directions of engineer in charge which shalled be manned by the supervisor responsible for collecting complaints from the concerned JE/AGE. However, no additional payment other than those measurable below shall be made to the contractor. The recovery for non-complaince shall be made as per provisions given in Sch 'A' notes.

Dismantling of AC corrugated, semi-corrugated sheets or fibre sheet in roof coverings all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation etc.) or insulation boards / slabs / blankets, any thickness including cover fillet complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair GI snap grid frame work (Grid size 605cm x 605cm) for false ceiling consisting of main runner 'T' of size 24mm x 32mm and 0.3mm thick , Secondary runner 'T' of size 24mmx25mm and 0.3mm thick,GI angle 24mmx24mm and 0.4mm thick,Bottom exposed capping of width 24 mm of all T-sections shall be of 0.25mm thick PPGI, hot dipped galvanised steel with zink coating not less than 120gm / Sqm ,ceiling grid system duly suspended by 4mm dia GI wire hanging from existing purlins /roof slab with butterfly clips including Gypsum ceiling tiles of size 595 x 595 x 7 mm laminated with 0.07 mm thick polyvinyl film on the face side and 10 micron metalized polyester film on the back side fixed on GI snap grid complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Complete removal of existing water proofing treatment of any description incl under layer, taking down of cement plaster any thickness and removal of debris off the premises including grubbing up of trees and preparation of concrete surfaces by scrubbing down with steel brushes and cleaning with water to remove all loose dirt/dust.

Material & labour for 50mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate as in padding over roof mixed with liqued Water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction and concrete padding laid to required slope including finishing the concrete surface fair & even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) PCC padding shall be turned around into covering at all vertical projection above roof upto a height of 150mm. (ii) Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separetly.

Material & labour for 15mm thick screed bed / bedding layer / rendering in cement mortar (1:4) on roof surface while concrete is green mixed with liqued Water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction including fair finishes to top surface complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separetly.

Supply only Liqued water proofing compound.

M&L for water proofing treatment in the following sequences:- (a) Applying 1st course of bituminous primer conforming to IS -3384 @ 0.4 Kg/Sqm cover the surface till the surface properly impregnated and insolvent oil primer evoporate completely (b) Applying 2nd coat of blown 85/25 graded bitumen confirming to IS 702 @ 1.2 Kg/sqm. (c) Applying 3rd course of APP (Atactic Polypropylene) modified polymeric membrane 3 mm thick weight not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm with 160 Grams/Sqm non woven polyester made at centre core reinforced laid with 75 mm side overlap and 100 mm overlap. The membrane has to be laid with LPG torch and overlap sealed and finished neat complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly sufrace of APP Membrane and applying two coats of water based bituminious alumunium paint @ 200 ml per sqm etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition floor hearth or wall tiling incl cement mortar bedding and removing servicable tiles to store & rubbish off the premises all as specified.

Material & labour for non skid ceramic tiles coloured size 400 x 400mm x 7 to 8mm thick in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified & directed.

Ditto all as per Item No 14 above but on vertical surfaces such as skirting, riser to steps etc compelte all as specified & directed.

Material & labour for Vitrified Ceramic (Double Charged) edge cut joint free coloured polished (square / rectangular) of 8 to 10mm thick, area of each tile not exc. 0.36sqm as in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface of tile complete all as specified and directed.

Note:-(i) Plinth protection shall be laid to slope (1 in 30) in alternate bays not exceeding 3 mtr in length with joint of 6mm wide and 10mm deep shall be provide along the walland bays and shall be filled with sealing compound grade 'B'. (ii) Cost of sealing compound is included in the unit rate of the item.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for factory made precast designer Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x30cm x 25mm thick, with greay cement and pigment, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors and laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 etc complete all as specified and as directed

Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-1 using 40mm thick crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floor / hardstanding where required all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for factory made precast cement concrete 1:2:4 kerb stone/solid block for road edging type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed aggregate) and set in cement mortar 1:6 including two coat of cement base paint of black & white colour over a coat of white wash on exposed surface including necessary excavation in soft/loose soil and removing the surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr where directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down aluminium door shutter of any size alongwith double action door floor spring of any description and match the surface with existing floor surfaces including filled with PCC 1:2:4 including re-fixing the aluminium door shutter in the same opening with and including 04 Nos stainless steel hings 125mm long and including aluminium (die cast body) door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No 3, universal type, suitable for door shutter of 851 to 1000mm width and of weight between 61 to 80 kgs etc complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F aluminium hanging floor door stopper,Twin rubber stopper,size 100mm , anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868) transparent or dyed to required colour and shade, with necessary screws etc. complete.

S&F in repair Brass Mortice lock with brass handles and fittings , 4 lever vertical type, size 100 mm including complete accessories complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in repair double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts made of mild steel heavy duty.

Pressed steel cup board frame of MS sheet 1.25 mm thick size of frame 60 x 40 mm with rebate of 20 mm wide and 12 mm deep including PCC 1:2:4 as in filling to back of chowkats including butt hinges 100 mm long. Piano hinges measured separately.

Prelaminated MDF board 19 mm thick as in shutters/shelves (exterior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame worknincluding lipping (15 mm thick three sides and 20 mm thick lipping hinge side) around the shutter complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
