M&L for dismantling and overhauling of condenser/Chiller water pump set of capacity 15 HP, dismantling pump and motor separately, cutting the burnt out winding from slots and rewinding the same by existing size and gauge of super enamalled copper wire including varnishing, heating, repairing the insulating materials, repalcing bearings, bushes and remetalling the shaft including necessary heat treatment , and repairing the pump , including replacing the gland packing , bearings and all rusted nuts and bolts, washers and remetaling the Impeller of suitable size and bore for lifting the water from source and reassembling the motor and pump with gland packing includings painting of pump amd motor assambly complete with two coats of super enameled paints over one coats of red oxide, fixing the motor & pump at its position and connecting the suction and delivery water pipe and testing under working conditions, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair and servicing to squirrel cage induction motor 3 phase 415V, 12.5 HP Kirlosker make or any others make by dismantling of motor from the pump set removing the stater/rotor separately, cleaning, varnishing, heating and drying re-erecting, aligning with the pump, testing, including replacing the bearing and bush, polishing and re-metalling the shaft including necessary heat treatment. Reassembling the motor and pump with new gland packing, supply and fix new gland nuts, bolts, with gland mounting nuts & bolts washers complete , painting the motor and pumps with two coats of synthetic enamel paint after preparing the surfaces all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. fixing the motor & pump on their own base and connecting the suction and delivery water pipes and testing with proper working condition complete all as directed .

M & L for dismantling and taking out unserviceable and defective parts of compressor of chiller Units of Central type AC Plants of capacity 25 to 50 TR of any make,and model after disconnecting the discharge & suction line removal of necessary electrical connection etc. Dismantling compressor body complete and carry out the repair work as per the following :- (a) Repairs to crank shaft, connecting rod, piston, piston pin valve plate by remetaling, cutting/grinding and polishing as required and by supply and replacing all spare parts with new one as required and directed. (b) Repairs /fixing by replacing of all new discharge and suction reeds, big end and small end bush, all bearing, all piston rings, capillary drier cum filter with new one all as specified and directed . (c) Repairs/fixing by replacing of all new kinds of gasket, washers, scappring made of Nylon/ Tuflon sheet/ rubber/fibre sheet as required with new one and all as directed. (d) Repair of Oil pump kit by , dismantling and cleaning, greasing oiling along with new gasket all as required and directed. (e) M & L for Repair/replacement of old u/s copper pipe line as per existing size and shape when found leaking/damage at the time of leak check including necessary flairing, brazing as required and replacement of end fittings made of copper including brass flange nuts, brass dead cap and brass pipe as per site requirement and as directed.( Note : - The cost of new Copper pipe is also included in the same job ) (f) Supply and fix in repair of all u/s rusted bolts, nuts and washers of any kind/made of any metalical/any size and shape as per site requirement with new one all specified and directed. (Note :- The cost of all types/sizes of new nuts , bolts and washers are included in the same job. (g) After the repair work re-assembling the plant and check for leak in system with the help of Nitrogen gas. in case of any leak is detected the repair is to be carried out without any extra cost nitrogen/refrigerant gas. (h) After leak repair release Nitrogen and charge with refrigerant gas and testing to be carried out. Note : The cost for Nitrogen gas for Leak test, Charging/top up of Compressor oil and refrigerant gas (R-22) and necessery spares will be measured & Paid separately against respective items of this schedule.

Taking out unserviceable Receprocating type compressor of Window /Split Type AC 1.5 Ton capacity, from site and replacement of compressor with new one to match with existing make/Model (R Compressor) and fixing of new compressor sealed unit in position, charging required quantity of refrigerant gas R-22/R-134a as per existing design of AC, brazing of discharge and suction line including leak testing complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge Make :- Kirlosker / Hitachi / Hillie / Copeland / Danfoss. Note: Cost of copper capilary of any sizes, rubber pad bushing, modification work for fixing new compressor etc required for completing the repair is deemed to be included in the cost.

All as per Sl Item No. 2.01 above but Window /Split type AC 2 TR capacity.

Taking out unserviceable Rotary type compressor of Window/ Split Type AC 1.5 Ton capacity, from site and replacement of compressor with new one to match with existing make/Model (R Compressor) and fixing of new compressor sealed unit in position, charging required quantity of refrigerant gas R-22/R-134a as per existing design of AC, brazing of discharge and suction line including leak testing complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge Make :- Kirlosker / Hitachi / Hillie / Copeland / Danfoss. Note: Cost of copper capilary of any sizes, rubber pad bushing, modification work for fixing new compressor etc required for completing the repair is deemed to be included in the cost.

M/L for Gas charging with R-22 refrigerant gas for Split / Windows ACs of any make, model and capacity, Refrigerator and Water coolers of any make, Model of any capacity in position or by taking down including leak testing to achieve desired suction pressure and temperature and all as directed by Engg-in-Charge. Note: Leakage or loss of gas due to imperfect workmanship will not be measured. Only the qty of gas utilised as per design of machine will be measured after successful gas charging.

Note: Leakage or loss of gas due to imperfect workmanship will not be measured. Only the qty of gas utilised as per design of machine will be measured after successful gas charging.

Cleaning, servicing including carrying out preventive maintenance of summer appliances viz. indoor and out door unit of Split Air conditioners and complete unit of Split Type AC 2.0 TR Capacity using suitable cleaning solution, chemicals, tools and minor spares viz. screws, washers, insulation tapes, thimbles, PVC fasteners etc. as per site requirement and as directed. Cleaning of the condensor, evaporator, fins and cooling coils shall be done using Blower / Vacuum cleaner, cleaning clothes, nylon brushes etc till scales and dirts are removed including cleaning of drain pipe line and replacement of unserviceable spares if any and ensuring its serviceability by keeping the AC in good working condition all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- 1. During servicing work, if any major fault is observed, the machine will be repaired under respective item of the schedule under Supply and fix in repair work, and thereafter servicing will be undertaken and completed. 2. Spares required for repair of unserviceable machines if any will be measured and paid under respective item of this schedule as "Supplied only" items. However, for servicing work, cost of minor spares to be replaced if any and not specified in this schedule viz. screws, washers, teflon seal, rubber bush, insulation tape, copper thimble, copper connecting jack, short length connecting wire, markers etc upto Rs 100 is deem to be included in the rate of the item. 3. Cost of taking down, reinstallation and transportation if required for the servicing / repair work is deem to be included in the price. 4. Servicing and repair work will be carried out within the contract period as and when required as per the site requirement and as directed by Engg-in-Charge.
