Amount
Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of ESE (Early Streamer Emission) based active Lightning conductor having protection radius of 107m at level 4 at 5mtr height and made of high quality non corrosive and weather resistance stainless steel tested in accordance to NFC-2011, type test certificate from CPRI or as per IS/IEC. The Lightning conductor shall carry a minimum of 20 years replacement warranty. Make - LIVA, AXIS-ASLA, ABB or Equivalent as approved by department.
Supply & installation of 5 mtr height GI pipe mast with adaptor head base plate, insulator between LA and mast, with adiquate guy rope / stay wire, Installation accessories fasteners the base plate for raising lightning conductor to the top of the structure and necessary civil work such as providing concrete base with foundation bolt for base of the mast structure whenever required as per the site condition.(Building height is 10 meters aprox.)
Supply and installation of maintenance free earthing (3 sets per LA) consisting of copper bonded rod 17.2mm dia 3mtr long with adiquate ground resitance lowering compound tested as per IEC/IS and with earth cover with locking arrangement including excavation at soft rock and refilling etc required complete in all aspects as per site condition
Supply & installation of non resettable Lightning strike counter having 6 digit display with IP67 rating and with suitable operating mechanism and with all necessary mounting materials/tools. etc as required complete as per site condition
Supply and laying of 70 sq.mm flexible copper conductor for connecting the lightning arrester to the earth pit with suitable insulators as required complete in all aspects as required as per site condition.
Supply & installation of test clamp for lightning arrester installation as per site condition and clamp for down conductor from LC to the earth pit.
