Complete maintenance of the entire garden features as per generally acceptable standard yardstick in the entire garden area i.e. to include lawn, trees, shrubs, hedge, flower beds, foliage, creepers etc. including hoeing, weeding, pruning, replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mower and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticide & fertilizers(whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works as directed by site-in-charge (Cost of Good Earth, Manure, Fertilizer, Insecticide, Pesticide will be provided by the Department & Lawn mower and Brush cutter with fuel & other T&P material/articles shall be provided by the contractor.) and as per direction of the officer in-charge. Total area = 39265 Sqm per Month X 12 Months 471180Sqm

Cleaning and sweeping of lawn/Garden area one time and keep it neat and clean by mechanized / manually, remove liter, debris, picking of leaves, papers, plastic bottles etc. including disposal of collected waste in ustbin / designated place as per direction of officer in-charge. (All T & P materials / articles shall be provided by the contractor)

Supplying and stacking of well decayed cow dung manure at site including royalty and carriage up to 10 km. lead complete (cow dung manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment).N2/Acre/Annum (50:50) (Half Quantity of N2 through organic manure (Cow dung Manure)

Supplying, stacking and applying of fertilizer (urea) at site including royalty and carriage up to 10 km. lead complete N2/Acre/Annum (50:50) (Half Quantity of N2 through inorganic manure (Urea)

Supplying and stacking/applying of good earth at site including royalty and carriage up to 10 k m lead complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Towards the provision for supplying of Suction flexible PVC pipe (green Colour) for irrigation of garden (Size 25 mm dia) reputed ISI brands

Supplying and providing /applying of Consumable article for day to day use in horticultural operation for maintenance of garden (Consumable Articles e.g. Bamboo Basket/Plastic pan (20”) , Nylon dori , Brush Cutter wire for brush cutter , Broom Stick with 2 mtr height handle , Hassion Cloth , Bamboo (12 ft.) hollow and any other articles as per actual requirements for smooth functioning of garden maintenance works. .

Removal of stacks/ dumps garden waste i.e. machine cut grass, weeds, twigs , pruning of shrubs & trees , clipping of hedges , dried leaves, wrapper , polythene, other garden waste occurs during the horticultural operations by TATA 407 or equivalent including loading/unloading and carriage up to average 10 km lead , complete disposal up to approved designated dumping yard by mechanical transport from garden .

Removal & disposal of stacked/dumped garden waste / building rubbish etc. including loading/unloading and carriage etc, complete disposal up to approved designated dumping yard by mechanical transport from garden.
