Dismantling of 33/11 KV 12.5/16 MVA Power Transformer including Cartage, loading, unloading with all accessories such as Conservator Tank, LA Structure, HV & LV Bushings, Radiator Fins, Jumpers, Clamps, Buchholz, PRV, SPR, etc. complete as per requirement from ESS Nirman Bhawan to any ESS/site/store in NDMC Area by suitable capacity crane/truck/tailer and placing on existing plinth/location.

Dismantling of Marshalling Box and RTCC Panel including Cartage, loading, unloading along with complete accessories such as control cables, structure of marshalling box complete as per requirement from ESS Nirman Bhawan to any ESS/site/store in NDMC Area.

Making suitable space for 2 nos. PTR by Dismantling, Dragging to existing 33/11kV PTR at suitable location in the same ESS with all accessories such as Conservator Tank, LA Structure, HV & LV Bushings, Radiator Fins, Jumpers, Clamps, Buchholz, PRV, SPR, etc. complete as per requirement from 33kV ESS of NDMC.

Assembling and erection of all transformers accessories such as Radiator, conservator tank, HV & LV Bushings, LA Structure, Jumpers, Clamps, Buchholz, PRV, SPR etc along with other connecting pipe lines complete control wiring of transformer, civil work, complete as per requirement.

Testing and commissioning of 33/11KV power transformer should be carried out after installation of power transformer. The tests to be conducted are as follows : (1) Voltage Ratio Test (2) Magnetising Current (3) Magnetising Balance (4) Short Circuit Test (5) Winding Resistance (6) Insulation Resistance complete as per requirement.

Replacement of new porcelain bushing with metal parts, lugs, rubber & gasket washer with Aluminium Clamp (complete) of HV side- one set(03 Nos.) (as per sample).

SITC of Nitrogen Injection Fire Prevention and Extinguishing System (NIFPES) equipment with 40mtr fire survival cable for safety of 2 nos PTR.

Supply of FRLS armoured cable along with accessories for connection between transformer and fire extinguisher cubical box. 12Core X 1.5sqmm. (For NIFPES)

Supply of FRLS armoured cable along with accessories for connection between relay panel and control box, DC box etc. 4 core X 1.5sqmm (For NIFPES)

Supply of 6 meter electric resistant welding class C Pipe with support and fitting etc. for connection between transformer and fire extinguisher cubical (FEC). (For NIFPES)

Supply of 10 meter pipe with fitting for connection between FEC and oil pit. Pipe size DN 100. (For NIFPES)

Supply of retrofit kit for modification of existing transformer including gate/ butterfly valve. (For NIFPES)

Civil work for plinth for Fire extinguisher cubical and oil pit. (For NIFPES)

Supply Installation Testing & Commissioning of 33 kV Lightning Arrester with Surge Counter. The specifications of 33 kV LAs are as follows : a) Rated Voltage: 30 KV b) Discharge Current: 10 KA c) Rated Frequency: 50 Hz d) Pressure Relief Class:40KA (RMS) e) Long Duration Discharge Class: 1 f) MCOV: 24 kV

Servicing/Overhauling of 33/11kv power transformer with OLTC which consists (1) Lifting Top Cover of Transformer main tank and OLTC by using heavy duty crane after removing of complete Nut Bolts and removing of all old damaged gaskets. (2) Washing/Cleaning of Core winding and coil assembly of Transformer main tank and OLTC with hot oil by using connecting pipe with pump/filter machine for removing of sludge including checking/replacement of damaged OLTC Fixed/ Moving Contacts transition resistance. (3) Fixing new gasket of transformer, radiators, inspection window etc. (5) Refusing of Top cover of the main tank and OLTC Top plate after checking/repairing of OLTC connection and Tightening of the Nut Bolts of core assembly by using heavy duty crane. (6) During overhauling of transformer dry air purging should be carried out avoiding moisture. The dew point of dry air should be greater than 60 degree. (7) Making and fusing of blanking plates pressure testing, heating of transformer to dry out it by applying of 3-cycle of vacuum and Nitrogen for improvement of IR/PI value of the transformer. (8) Washing, Cleaning and spray painting of transformer main Tank, radiators and its accessories by using ISI mark superior quality paint by applying three coat of required colour paint.

Supply and Installation of conductive concrete earth pit for HV electrical equipment like Transformer, LA etc. Acceptable Earth pit resistance shall be less than 1 ohm. (Chemical earthing). Test Links : Test links Cu- bonded MS flat of size 50 mm x 6 mm shall be provided one no. at any of the two electrodes for the grid for the connection between earth grid pit and the application. Pit Covers : RCC Pit cover frame of size 300mm x 300mm shall be provided at earth electrode

Providing and fixing 50mm X 6mm Copper strip in 65mm dia GI pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing earth bus of 50mm X 6mm copper strip on surface for connections etc. as required.
