Procurement of 3Mtrs & 5Mtrs Nonel for Mining use

The bidder should have experience in supplying Non- Electric Detonators (NONEL) to any Mine. Copy of PO to be enclosed. The tenderer should furnish the information on all past supplies and satisfactory performance. a) If the bidder is manufacturer, The quantity supplied for the proposed item should be at least 80% in any one of the following financial years: 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25. Note: For Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs), the minimum supply requirement shall be 40%of the proposed item in any one of the following financial years: 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25. b) Tenders submitted by authorized representatives/agents of eligible manufacturers may also be considered, provided the following conditions are met: 1) The Manufacturer must meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above in full and must furnish authorization letter assuring full guarantee and warranty obligations for the goods supplied. 2) The Authorized Representative/Agent must have independently supplied at least 30% during any one of the financial years: 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25. Note: All bidders must enclose relevant supporting documents, such as Purchase Order copies, as proof of compliance with the above criteria.

Performance Capability: The bidder should have supplied NONELs of 2,40,000 numbers in any one year out of FY 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 will be considered. The tenderer should furnish the information on all past supplies and satisfactory performance. The bidders should furnish: The details of supplies/execution of orders as per the statement at Annexure-A. Purchase orders/invoice copies to be enclosed.

The bidder should be a manufacturer with valid license from PESO. Copy of PESO License shall be enclosed.

Only a manufacturer shall be allowed to participate in the Tender. Relevant documents to be enclosed

Financial capability: The average annual financial turnover of the tenderer should not be less than Rs. 1.00 Crore, during the last three preceding financial years, namely: FY 2022-23 FY 2023-24 FY 2024-25. In case of Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs), the required average annual financial turnover shall be Rs. 50.00 lakhs, during the last two preceding financial years:FY 2023-24 FY 2024-25. The bidders should furnish Annual Turnover Certificate/Profit & Loss statement & Balance sheet duly certified by a chartered accountant.
