Providing Structure Audit and Health Assesment of Navyug School, Sarojini Nagar with providing following details:- i.documentation of available detailed information of existing School structure . ii. preparation of as built drawings and framing plan for ETABS modelling. iii. Visual inspection of all structural members and distress mapping of School Building iv. NDT- Non-Destructive Tests (as required as per as built drawings and visual inspection) NDT Test details: a). Rebound Hammer Test b). UPV Test c). Rebar Scanning Test d). Half Cell Core Test e). Carbonation tests V.Compilation and interpretation of NDT result in prescribed formates. Vi. Structural modeling and analysis of the building using ETABS sortware. Vii Comparison of existing structural condition with ETABS analysis results. Viii. Assessment and reporting of residual life of the structure. ix. The agency will suggest Nature and type of repairs/rectifications work suggested all methodology, sequence and extent of repairs/ retrofitting. x The agency will submit detail suggestions/measure to be carried out after the repair/rectification/retrofitting work after execution to increase the life span of the structures in approximately number of years. xi. Preparation of detailed Structure Audit Report. xii Preparation of BOQ.
