Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated or semi corrugated ) sheets in roofs, walls etc all as specified.

M&L for 75 mm thick Cement Concrete1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base for floor finishes.

M&L for brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks (using old size bricks) having minimum compressive strength 75 kg per sqcm, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius & built in cement mortar 1:6.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces including finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement.

M & L for reinforced Cement Concrete 1 : 1 1/2 : 3 type A-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, bases of columns, including raft footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, basement slabs and mass concrete.

M & L for reinforced Cement Concrete 1 : 1 1/2 : 3 type A-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in pillars, piers, posts, columns and struts.

M & L for reinforced Cement Concrete1: 1 ½ :3 type A-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landing, balconies, canopies etc all as specified and directed.

Form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as floor slabs, landing, and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (horizontal or slopping), flat rough finished surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns etc of rough finished surfaces of concrete in square, rectangular or polygonal shape all as specified.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundation, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams side and soffits of foundation and plinth beams, and similar works, vertical or to better of rough finished surfaces of flat concrete.

M & L for welding in repairs exc 2.5cm and n exc 5 cm in length and thickness of metal to be welded n.exc 6mm all as specified and directed.

M & L for precast reinforced Cement Concrete1: 1 ½ :3 type A-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab all as specified.

M&L for 100mm thick Cement Concrete1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base for floor finishes.

M&L for preparation of untreated new steel surfaces exc. 10 cm width or girth of any description and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide zinc primer all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

S&F stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with stainless steel wire stapels.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate ) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete.

M&L for soling with broken boulders or quarried stone interstices filled surface formed and rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller and consolidated to required gradient and camber spread, thickness of 100mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 25mm thick Cement Concrete1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base for floor finishes.

M & L for vitrified colour tiles (light shade) of 8 to 10mm thick first quality (square / rectangular) polished, area of each tile exceeding 0.36 sqm but not exceeding 0.42 sqm as in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6. Note:- Rates also includes in this item for necessary raking,circular cutting or notching and waste on tiles.

All as per item No 48 above but as in skirting, dado etc on 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4.

M&L For making hole approx dia 50cm and 1.5 mt depth in the right rigid pavement of dispersal by cutting the PQC by diamondcutter machine (machine to be hired from outside )

M&L for lean concrete type B-2 1:2:4 (40 mm graded aggregate ) filled in foundation and mass concrete all as specified

M&L for cement concrete work in pavement/hard standing of flexural sterngth 40Kg per Sqcm in field using design mix of required thickness complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for bands,strap,supports or stays for rainwater , ventilating pipes, incling bolts if required : hooks(stay),heavy,for large gates : hook and pintle hinges, large hasps and staples chains,hand made sliding bolts, clamps wall ties , hold fast hooks for hanging fans , plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or raffers ,knee piece inserts , two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified

Removing excavated material from site to outside defence land .

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.50 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m deep for foundation etc or for shafts, wells , manholes, pier holes etc n.exc 10 Sqm on plan & n exc 1.5 m in depth & getting out in soft / loose soil.

Supply and Fixing 200mm bore cast iron pipe with spigot and socket ends centrifugally cast,Class LA , in any length and laid in trenches complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Cement Concrete1:3:6type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 200mm bore pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Grease trap of Lipumax NS 4 grease seprator made of polythelene for ground installation acording to EN 1825 & DIN 4040 -100 with maximum dimention 3500x1320 mm with total capacity of 2170 litres sludge capacity of 1010 litres and a grease storage capacity of 415 litres inlet and outlet connection of DN 150 disposal via direct suction line DN-65 PN-10 counter flange and storz -75 B hose quick coupling and blind cover for load class A-125 according to EN-124 with frame from concrete cover from cast iron clear opening 200 mm dia cover odour proof and water tight marked by GMRR including fixing and necessary excavation etc all as directed.

Construction of Soakage Well of dia 5 mtr and effective depth 6 mtr as per specification and shown on drawing No CEJZ/STD-301/90 Sheet 1/4 to 4/4 complete.

(PART-II (E&M WORK) Taking down carefully unserviceable copper /aluminium point wiring (light ,fan,socket or power) including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, terminal boxes with laminate sheet etc and making good disturbed surfaces of walls ,floors etc complete.

Taking down unserviceable sub main wiring of any size & type including making good to disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed
