Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Brick work with flyash bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) etc complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item No -2 but except bricks (using old size bricks obtained from item No - 1)

M&L for brick work with flyash bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L brick work with flyash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings, etc. n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) as in surface channel, coping etc. and removing debris and rubbish out of the premises, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6), type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains etc complete all as specified & directed.

Extra for forming fair finished of drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped

Add or deduct for each 25mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm girth

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar CM (1:4) on brick or concrete surfaces of wall finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, bed plates, kerbs, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concete M-20 (Nominal mix) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slabs (for man holes, drain etc.) set in cement mortar (1:6) including necessary form, mould work, etc. complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately)

M&L mild steel TMT bars 8 to 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in sub base to receive tiles.

M&L paving vitrified parking tiles 300 mm x 300 mm x 8 to 10 mm thick (heavy duty), set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry as in foot path with white cement and pigments complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey/colour cement and pigment in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness M-40 grade with grey cement & pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand filling under precast concrete inter locking paver floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 50 mm thick type C2 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, paving finised the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 125mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) finishing cement concrete surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preperation newly plastered surface of walls and Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal and Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : old surface (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling post or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section incl taking out embedded portion in concrete, brick work, masonry etc and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified & directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in hard/dense soil each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only PVC coated MS galvanised chain link fencing, mesh size 75 mm x 75 mm made with 4mm dia with PVC GI wire including taking down old one complete all as specified & directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh and size and type to any type of standard, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Rolled mild steel Fe 290(Grde-E-165) as in angle iron post with swan neck (horn) and strut or flat iron in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc including necessary drilling, bolting or welding/rivetinge etc complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) incl taking down old wire complete all as specified & directed.

S&F for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 10 cm and n.exc 15cm long with dia of the neck 5 to 10mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing of new steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

M&L cement concrete 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, post hole, filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of MS doors, gates, grill etc complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe-410-W Gde E-250, Quality-B complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for one coats of synthetic enamel paint on old steel surface including preparation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI concertina spiral coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia and 6 m max openable length, upto 3 m height of wall with angle iron Y shaped with horizontal barbed wire stud tied to angle iron, incl taking down old concertina coil complete all as specified & directed. (Note : barbed wire shall be measured separately)

S&F in repairs to rolling shutters of any description including necessary welding where rqd, greasing etc for smooth movement of shutter complete all as specified and directed. .
