M&L for applying one coat of hot straight run bitumen @ 1.2 Kg/sqm of grade 30/ 40 confirming to IS-73 (Grade S-35), complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for laying 3 mm thick APP polymeric water proofing membrane of weight not less than 3.6 kg/sqm, black finish reinforced with non woven polyester matt, with a thermo fusible finish, torching overlaps with a propane or a butane gas torch, with a overlap of 75 mm at sides and 100 mm at the ends and sealing including applying a coat of cold emulsion bituminous primer, all as per manufacturer's instruction including preparation of surface. Contractor shall give 10 years guarantee for effectiveness of water prrofing treatment. 2.5% of workdone amount of this items shall be retained from the contractor payment for a period of 10 years reckoned from date of physical completion of the work or in lieu contractor may deposit bank FDR for the said tory for 10 years which shall be released by GE on the expiry of satisfactory completion fo 10 years period, complete all as specified and dircted.

M&L for 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in cement mortar 1:6 for laying PCC tiles etc, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for pre-cast PCC tiles machine pressed of size 25cm x 25cm x 20-22mm thick and joints grouted flush in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with integral water proofing compound (for screed bed and grouting of joints) as per manufacturer instruction, complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and in paving n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2,(using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base for path, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning for laying interlocking paver blocks, all as spcified.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete coloured interlocking paver block of approved shape and size of 60 mm thickness, with minimum compressive strength of 35 N/Sqmm (M-35 grade), without correction factor for chamfering, made in rubber moulds scratch proof lacquer coating on top surface, with grey cement and pigment laid in path / hard standing, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs steel rolling shutters with 1mm thickness of lath, with out ball bearing including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated, gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down the existing steel rolling shutters of any size and of any type and refixing the same after necessary easing, oiling, welding etc and making good the disturbed surfaces, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Rates for repairing, welding, any fittings required are included in the rate of this item. Nothing shall be paid extra.
