Supply of Indoor Type OEM Factory Built, floor mounted metal clad, VCB Switch Board Panel with 07 Nos. of VCBs, free standing extensible on both sides, totally enclosed and fully interlocked, truck mounting, horizontal drawout, horizontal isolation type conforming to IS/IEC 62271-1(2017), IS/IEC 62271-100(2021) and IS/IEC 62271-200 (2021) as amended up to date and as per the AAI Technical Specifications, having capacities as mentioned below, single break, suitable for use on 11 KV, 3 Phase, 50Hz AC Supply with short circuit fault level of 500 MVA for 3 Sec., complete with self contained, Copper bus bar of size meeting fault level calculation but not less than 100x10mm, Internal Arc Test for AFLR for 25kA for 1Sec, rack in and rack out mechanism, breaker featured with mechanical ON/OFF indicator with hand trip device and all accessories such as shunt trip coil suitable for 30V DC, motorised (230V AC Single Phase Supply) and manually operated spring assisted closing mechanism, emergency trip push button, castle lock, audio visual buzzer connecting all alarms and trip commands, space heaters, earth Copper bus bar of 50x6mm etc., suitable to terminate with heat shrinkable termination kit for XLPE cable of 11KV grade upto 3C x 300 sqmm (Cable entry from bottom) etc., including supply of One separate earthing truck each for bus earthing and cable earthing designed not to earth a live part, all connections, interconnections, earthing, painting and comprising of following switchgears and accessories etc., complete as required.

2 Nos. - 11 KV/110 Volts drawout type resin cast PT of Class 1.0 accuracy and 100 VA burden with 1 No. Digital type Voltmeter with inbuilt selector switch and protection fuses / MCBs for HT metering up to 12 KV on incomer.

2 Nos. - Set of dual core dual ratio 3 CTs of 200/100/5/5A of 10 VA burden of accuracy class 1.0 for metering and class 5P10 for protection with 2 Nos. of Ammeter digital type of Class 1 with inbuilt selector switch, Digital Meter of Schneider Make, Model EM 6400NG with RS port (or) Equivalent for each incomer and protection fuses / MCBs for HT metering

2 Nos. of Microprocessor based numerical relay (Make: Schneider, Model: Model: REL15003D or equivalent) with O/L, E/F and S/C protection and 2 Nos. of Master trip relays.

2 Sets of 7 LED Type Indication Lamp for Breaker ON/OFF/TRIP/Service position/ test position/ Trip circuit healthy/ spring charge indications, 7 LED type Phase Indication Lamps and protection fuses /MCBs etc..
