M&L Strip opening of transformer of capacity 100 to 400 KVA and removing the top cover for draining the transformer oil and taking out the core alongwith HT/ LT coil (windings) assembling the core after replacement defective part, HT/ LT coils heating varnishing, testing and housing accessories in transformer body and connection up filling in dehydrated new transformer oil and connecting, commissioning with existing electrical system HT /LT on load of capacity not exceeding 400 KVA including taking down and refixing complete all as specified and directed by EIC. Supply and laying electrical including rubber matt confirming IEC 61111 ISI marked of 11 KV grade, 2 mm thick, 1.5 mtr width, blue coloured anti skid taxture finish ROHS/PAH complete including fixing on ground using necessary chemical adhesive liquid all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting the transformer of any capacity and any make, out door/indoor type from platform / two pole structure by opening HT/LT side connection, earth connections etc and shifting it to another location by crane and putting it in proper position including connecting all collections on HT/LT side and earthing strip to neutral and body and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- This work shall be carried out as and when required during break downs in emergency.

Disconnecting the transformer of any capacity and any make, out door/indoor type from platform / two pole structure by opening HT/LT side connection, earth connections etc and shifting it to work shop including transport charges and putting it in proper position including connecting all collections on HT/LT side and earthing strip to neutral and body and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note:- This work shall be carried out as and when required during break downs.

M&L for Winding of HT/LT coil of different type capacity and make of transformer with approved quality super enamelled copper wire/ strips of approved make of suitable gauge and number of turns alongwith allied materials like cork sheet, fibre glass insulations, paper insulations, cotton/ Empire tap and tube wooden blocks bolts, nuts and washer (Brass) soldering and other packing material etc., oven dried complete all as required at site or as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying and testing in repair of HT cable XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (Heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade cross section area 240 sqmm 3 core complete laid in trenchers, duct, passing through pipe, fixed to poles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and depth beyond 1.5m but not exceeding 3 metre deep and getting out in loose/ soft soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches beyond 1.5m but not exceeding 3 metre deep and getting out in any type of soil for laying of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 m above the starting point, complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Sand cushioning to underground cables 8cm thick before laying cable and 15cm thick after lying and streching the cable, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- For payment purpose punned thickness shall be measured.

Supplying and laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 2, flat, size 450mmx l80mm x 40mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of GI strip 32x6mm, buried in ground upto 50 cm or fixed to wall with insulators etc for loop earthing including welding for joints complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Earth work will be measured and paid separetely.

S&F (in repair) Supply and fixing in replacement GOD triple pole 11000 Volts, mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked form ground level for current rating upto 400 Amps with dropout fuse complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, fix in repairs, testing and commissioning of Air break gang operated switch, triple pole mechanically operated out door type with all fittings/accessories mounted on and including 11 KV HT polymeric insulators and steel channel frame, GI operating rod 25 mm dia of suitable length with operating mechanism worked from ground level vertically operated including locking arrangement for operating handle with and including 7 levers Navtal lock complete suitable for current rating of 400 Amps HT 11 KV working pressure all as specified and directed.

S&F (in repair) Pin type white, brown and green insulator including one galvansied mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut 150mm high, 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade, complete all as specified.

S&F (in repair) Disc type insulator, vitreous 145 mm high and 255 mm dia ball and socket type, white, brown or green two in series assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors working pressure 11000 volts.

M&L for stay assembly,20mm stay rod complete with accessories as shown is electrical plate. Note: Loop type insulator stay clamp Excavation and concrete work shall be measured and paid seprately.

M&L Loop type porcelain vitreous white, brown or green large size with overall dimension 90mmx140mm hole 52.5mm etc, all as specified and directed.

S& F in repair Galvanised stay strand, size 7/4 mm complete all as directed including taking down the old unserviceable stay wire, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair aluminium conductor steel reinforced any size in over head lines on HT poles including stretching the aluminium conductor and binding with binding wires of aluminium or aluminium tapes etc. Jumpers and connections, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F (in repair) Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Stretching the aluminium conductor on overhead line/Trimming of bushes, trees (8 ft near to over head HT line) HT pole and binding with binding wires of aluminium or aluminium tapes etc. jumpers and connections, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- (a) Necessary shut down to be taken by contractor from 33 KV/ 11 KV MRS before performing the repair. (b) Stretching of each conductor between two pole will be treated as one job.

Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600x600x3mm burried directly in ground not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.25mtr below normal ground level connected to the GI strip 32x6mm size by means of bolts ,nuts,check nuts and washers of copper and 32x6mm Copper strip protected by provision of GI light grade pipe 40 mm bore incl provision of concrete pit in PCC1:2:4 type B-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregates with 40 mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM weight not less than 4 Kg /Sqm and 6mm dia bar handle ,excavation and earth work in any type of soil ,charcoal dust and salt light grade GI watering pipe 20 mm bore with funnel and wire mesh and medium grade GI protection pipe 15mm bore 5 Mtr long and GI strip upto main earthing of pole complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Sch 2009 Part-I all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Main earthing strip from earth plate electrode to test point upto length of 7.5 metres length shall deem to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item. (ii) GI protection pipe & earthing lead beyond 7.5 metres shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch A part-I. (iii) On testing after completion if desired resistance is not obtained, the contractor shall redo the earthing without any extra cost to the department.

M&L for servicing of HT 11KV, VCB installed at various locations including calibration by dismantling, cleaning, greasing the complete VCB with attached relays, bus bar etc, insulation testing, setting the contractor gap by measuring as required, reassembling the VCB and reinstalling back to its original position checking repairing the current, circuit panel wiring, relay testing (i.e. Primary and Secondary injection test)/setting of relay rating in 06 months intervals of all CT's and submitting the test report to Engr in Charge including provision of new spares as required complete including operational testing and commissioning all as directed. Note: (a) New spares, if required for repair/service of VCBs will be measured and paid separately. (b) Caliberation of relays and primary and secondary injuction test shall be conducted by authorises company/ manufacturers. Certificate of authority shall be produced by the OEM authorised company.

M&L for servicing of 4 pole structure including taking out all the electrical connections as well as jumpering providing new jumper and male female links of GOD, new fuse wire and tightening of all loose contacts of GOD and testing for smooth functioning all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for cleaning/Painting the Transformer 11/.433KV capacity upto 750 KVA installed at various places of DRDL/ASL on existing place and height thoroughly with necessary cleaning agent including scrapping up of old corroded paint dirt/dust/rust carefully and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of grey colour/ existing colour complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
