Comprehensive/periodical maintenence of DG Set on quarterly basis including checking, cleaning, adjusting/tightening,oiling, greasing and reseting of existing part 'decarbonising of battery terminals of DG Set at different location of installation and keep ready to set for proper functioning of valve 'V' belts, pulleys, Fan hub, idler, water pump, filters, engine cylinder head, bolts, nuts and washers vibration dampers, coupling, alternator terminals, carbon brushes, vibration dampers, coupling, alternator terminals, springs, AVR's, exhaust pipes etc of following capacity of DG Sets :- Note :- Spares part shall be measured and paid separately under respective items Sch A.

Dismantling and taking out the necessary connection carefully from MS fuel tank of any size / type of DG set by disconnecting of fuel pipes connections, draining out of fuel from the tank, cleaning & removing sediments, dirt etc from fuel tank and replacement of fuel pipe line with highly transparent PVC flexible threaded pipes of suitable size including painting of outer surface of fuel tank with synthetic enamel paint of one coat after cleaning, scrubbing the surfaces and writing the capacity of fuel tank and marking fuel level position with synthetic enamel paint for the following DG sets.

Opening the shadow less light ceiling mounted /movable with repair and replacemnt of lamps 12 volts-4 nos of suitable existing capacity and fixing and repair to minor part if required all as required and directed at site

Taking out the connection from mains and carried out bypass arrangement and disconnecting the connection of Online UPS 10 KVA and transporting to workshop and return back after repair with repalecemnt of following items all as required and directed at site Note cost of Item will be paid seperately

Note: If earth resistance of earthing is not found satisfactory it will be redone by the contractor on his risk and cost.

Disconnecting, dismantling of old unserviceable LT panel/ Feeder pillar box and S&F Design, supply, erection, commissioning and testing of indoor type LT Panel, platform mounted, suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts AC supply and having 4 Nos stepped type main copper bus bars of 1000 Amps, looping & branch connection system shall be made with suitable rating copper bus bar having sleeves of colour coded .The chamber shall be painted with powder coated paint (Shade : RAL-7032) after 9 tank pre-treatment of surfaces. The LT Panel shall be provided with suitable Neoprene rubber gasket to make it completely dust and vermin proof and degree of protection not less than IP-55 and general construction conforming to IS : 13947. The LT Panel shall be made out of 2.0 mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and 2.00mm thick gland plate , front door (02 layers) and rear Door (01 layer) opening facility and 4 side slanting canopy type roof on top and mild steel channel (75 MC) base frame at bottom. All incoming MCCBs shall be marked with location and rating of MCCBs. The Feeder Pillar shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation in and including dismantling of old unserviceable LT Panel complete and including the followings :

CONTROL WIRING : All control wirings shall have to be carried out with 1100 volts rated FR grade PVC insulated multi-flexible type copper wire of cross sectional area 1.50Sqmm and shall be properly bunched, tied and dressed, ferrule marked for proper identification and crimped with suitable size and type of tinned copper lugs and shall be wrapped with PVC spring type tube near the door hinges.

CABLE ALLEY- suitable size Cable alley shall be provided in both side of the panel of suitable space for all incoming and outgoing cables. Excavation in trenches for laying of under ground cable, errection of poles and stays in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter deep and getting in any type of soil etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr–in–charge.

Supply and laying Sand cushioning to under ground cable in trenches/existing cable trenches/ducts in layers of 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying and stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.
