Taking out U/S components of table 900x600 mm with or w/o drawer and S&F new components made of 1st class hard wood (well seasoned shisham wood) incl fixing elements and applying French polish after preparation of all exposed surface to the colour two coats of match with existing including PVC Toe,compleate all as specified and directed. Rest all as specified and shown on drg for the following:- (a) S/F short rails

(b) S&F long rails

(c) S&F front /back leg

(d) S&F Stiffeners

(e) S&F Table Top made of 18mm thick pre laminated particle board grade of existing size with PVC beading

Taking out U/S components of table 900x900mm and S&F new components made of 1st class H/W (well seasoned shisham wood) incl fixing elements and applying French polish on all exposed surfaces to the colour match with existing incl PVC toe. Complete all as specified and shown on drgs for the following :- (a) S&F short rails

(b) S&F long rails

(c) S&F front /back leg

(d) S&F Stiffeners

(e) S&F Table Top make of 18mm thick pre laminated particle board grade of existing size with PVC beading

Taking out U/S components of Table peg and S/F new components made of 1st class hard wood (well seasoned shisham wood) incl necessary fixing elements and polish to match with existing colour, incl PVC toe/shoe rest all as specified and shown drg :- a) S/F leg

c) S/F Top of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board of existing size with PVC beading all around

Taking out U/S components of table centre and S/F new components made of 1st class H.W (well seasoned shisham wood) incl fixing elements and applying French polish on all exposed surface to the colour match with existing, incl PVC toe, rest all as specified and shown on drg:- a) S&F legs

c) S&F side rails long

d) S&F top made of prelaminated particle board 18mm thick (one face white and other face teak finish ) with PVC beading alround

Taking out U/S components of table dinning for 6 persons and S/F new components made of 1st class H.W (well seasoned shisham wood) incl fixing elements and applying French polish on all exposed surfaces to the colour match with existing, incl PVC toe/shoe, rest all as specified and shown on Drgs :- (a) S&F legs

(d) S/F Top of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board with PVC beading all around

Repair of bed hardwood by replacing following as under and providing one of high glossy french polish to all wooden surface complete all as shown on drawing.:- (a) S/F 12 mm thick plywood top to best quality BWR

(b) S/F 4 mm ply for head board of size 900x300 mm as shown on drawing.

(c) S/F 4 mm thick by for foot board of size 900x300 mm as shown on drawing

(d) S&F of side long rail

(a) Taking out U/S broken locks of steel Almirahs and S/F new locks with duplicate keys.

(b) All as per item No 26 here in before but handle superior quality & chromium plated

(a) Taking out old U/S seat of chair steel CB with arms or W/O arms and S/F new seat and apply one coat of synthetic enamd paint after cleaning of surface with canning hole but except conning.

(b) All as per item No28 here in before but back frame

(c) S/F new wooden arm duly black polished in replacement of existing U/S arm of Chair CB steel all as shown on drg and directed

Removal of old and U/S foam detatchable cushion and cover of sofa (5 seater) and S/F new foam 100 mm thick of density 32 sleep well of seat and back for two single seater and one three seater along with tapestry shall be not less than @ Rs. 300/- per mtr or as approved by GE(AF)

(a) Taking out old unserviceable seat of Foam with back and S&F new seat made of 1st HW (well seasoned shisham wood) including fixing elements and applying french polish top match with existing colour pest all as specified and shown on drg.

(b) All as per item No 32 here in before but back.

Taking out old unserviceable table top from ‘table office steel (1.37 x 0.76 x 0.76m) and S&F new 18mm thick prelaminated particle board table top with PVC beading all around incl fixing elements.

Taking out unserviceable seat of form W/O back and S&F new seat made of 1st class hardwood (well seasoned shisham wood) including. necessary fixing elements and polishing one coat with French polish to match with existing colour after necessary preparation ,all as specified and shown on drawing

Taking out of unserviceable broken components of Charpoy GI pipe and S&F new components of following incl threading , welding as required complete (a) S & F long rail made with 32mm dia GI pipe medium grade including threading at both ends.

(b) S&F GI elbow three way 32mm dia heavy duty complete.

(c) Labour only for making short rail including cutting on threading of 32mm dia GI pipe medium grade obtained from item ser No 36 here-in-before, complete.

(d) Labour only for making leg made with 32mm dia GI pipe medium grade obtained from item ser No 36 & 38 here-in-before including threading at one end & bottom plug with 1mm MS sheet welded and two Nos F1 clamp made with 25mm x 3mm for MNF set including a coat of primer and two coats of black Japan paint after preparation of the surface, complete.

(e) S& F 32mm dia GI checknuts heavy duty.

Preparation of old painted surface of steel Almirah large of any type by cleaning thoroughly by sand paper and applying one finishing coat of synthetic enamel paint (OG) by spray machine to the all surface in side & out side surface both to achieve glorry finish complete all as specified and to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge

Removal of old damaged U/S cane plastic of chair verandah and reweaving of chairs with new plastic cane 4 mm dia weaving in “godrej” pattern of border with 4 mm dia cane plastic best quality incl one coat of synthetic enamel paint after cleaning the surface complete.

Removal of old damaged U/S cane plastic of any type of chairs and reweaving the same with new plastic came 2 mm dia weaving in “godrej” pattern with border of 4 mm dia cane plastic of best quality complete.

Prepration of old polished surface of wooden chair writing by cleaning thoroughly sand paper to remove existing polish or other decaying mtrl from the surface and applying one coat french polish to achieve glossy finish in approval colour to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge.
