Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and all as directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) exc 250 Mtr but n exc 500 Mtr and depositing where directed.

M & L Cement Concrete Type D2 1:4:8 (40 mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and all as directed.

RCC M-30 (Design Mix) in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and all as directed.

M & L RCC M-30 (Design Mix) in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and all as directed.

M & L RCC M-30 (Design Mix) in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and all as directed.

Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with the including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and all as directed.

Ditto all as per item no.8 above but 5mm dia and over up to and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and all as directed.

Use and waste for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter and on rough finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and all as directed.

Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns, and stanchions and rough finished surfaces of concrete and square ,rectangular or polygonal complete all as specified and all as directed.

Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams,on rough finished flat surfaces of concrete etc complete all as specified and all as directed.

M & L Pre-cast cement concrete Type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded aggregate) block masonry with solid blocks, exc 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and all as directed.

M & L Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces using CM 1:4, finished the surface even and smooth all as specified and as directed.

M& L for preparation of New surface of walls ,beam including necessary scaffolding Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specified and all as directed.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 as in coping including necessary formwork complete all as specified and all as directed.

M & L Broken glass coping on top of walls In cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and all as directed.

S & F Mild steel posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces, of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm in width or girth and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Pre Painted Galvanized, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

S & F camouflage painted concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 6 to 7 mtr openable length , having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, spring core wire (2.5 mm thick)of high tensile strength of 165kg/sq. mm with tape (0.52mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/metre and fixing the same with Y-shape angle iron placed 1.50 Mtr apart and stud tied with G.I.staple sand G.I.clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts , all complete. Note-1) Total height of boundary wall including concertina coil fencing will be about 4.80 Mtr from ground level. 2 ) Cost of angle iron shall be paid separately.

S & F Framed work such as grills, gratings etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forget into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and all as directed.

S & F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) 10 mm dia with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm and n exc 10 cm long as specified

S & F for pre painted Galvalum aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheeting 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws as specified

M&L for walling or random rubble,uncoursed well bounded bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6. (Except stone) Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 ( 20mm Graded agg) of rough and even surface all as specified

Excavation in over areas and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation ,etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 in depth and getting out Hard/dense soil.

M & L Cement concrete using Type C2 1:3:6 (40 mm graded aggregate) in surface channels and drains

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc.

Demolition of cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for

Demolition of Brickwork of stone/boulder masonry, build in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles

M & L for raised pointing to random rubble masonry uncoursed or brought up to courses in CM 1:3, complete all as specified & directed. Note : A sum of Rs 24,970.00 towards sch of credit shall be deducated to arrive the contract sum.
