Supply& installation,testing and commisioning 3 Phase 400 V 50 Hz 60 KVA Online UPS System – 720 VDC - using Advanced PWM IGBT Technology – With inbuilt isolation Transformer 60KVA – Three phase input and Three phase output 380 V/400 V/415 V with tolerance of (+/-) 1 % Double convertion Online UPS system with 60 Nos of 12V, 84 AH C20 rated AGM VRLA Sealed Maintainence Free (SMF) Batteries with DC power pack to providing battery back-up of around 30 minutes including MS stand consisting of suitable No. of racks duly painted for housing batteries , Battery breaker for battery protection, Battery interlinks and DC cable between UPS and batteries and all internal connections with characterastics all as specified in particular specification and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: 1) The rate quoted shall inclusive of inverter, batteries. MS battery stand as per site conditions and connections of batteries with inverter of suitable conductor copper cable as per OEM recommendations. The contractor shall have a visit on the ground before quoting rates. 2) The contractor is responsible to arrange a training to Deptt staff and users deputed pers for Two days by OEM auth Engineers/technicians in all respects. 3) The contractor is responsible to obtain Two years warranty confirmation letter from the OEM and the same to be submitted to Deptt along with make approval letter. 4) The contractor is responsible to provide a Two years warranty on bond paper along with Two years warranty Certificate from OEM duly mentioned Bill No.,consignee and installed location. 5) The contractor shall be responsible for the testing of the complete system for the entire satisfaction of the Engineer -in- charge and in the presence of users rep. The test certificate of the UPS system at the site duly signed by Contractor, Engineer-in- Charge and the user rep shall be the part of the Final bill.

Supply and installation of maintanance free chemical earthing with skilled manpower for making High conductive, corrosion resistant, Maintenance free Chemical Earth pit made of ‘Grip’ Chemical earth enhancing, non ferrous compound containing no carbon or graphite, filled in earth pit - (Qty 50 kg) using compound "CONDUCTOLITE" of bore hole of 200 mm and depth up to 3.3 mtr (approx) copper plated 250 micron and ‘Fast Earth Electrode’ Model ASEEL CP copper plated - a double pipe technology based Chemically pre filled, fully sealed earth Rod 3 mtr long outer Dia-76mm & Inner Dia. 33mm cavity between two pipes having 150 micron filled with highly conductive non-corrosive GRIP compound, sealed from both the ends. Earth enhancing material (EEM-BFC) of: 2 bags of 25 kgs using compound "CONDUCTOLITE" along with a Heavy duty high-density plastic lockable cover cum inspection chamber, SS fasteners including connection upto DB with copper strip of size 20x3mm up to 7.5 mtr from earth rod all other required accessories and lay out modification as per site requirement including connection and necessary excavation and removing soil complete all as specified ( Building Earthing) Make Ashlok or equivalent in Galaxy/CIKIT Note : (a) All earth strips should be welded or brazed at each joint.(b) Earth resistance should be below one ohm

Supply and fix metal one way MCCB enclosure (without MCCB) vertical suitable for TPN/FP ‘MCCB 160 Amps complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix MCCB 160 Amps adjustable thermal and adjustable magnetic 440 volts 25 KA ICS=100%ICU, 4 P complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & Labour for continuous copper strip 20x3 mm conforming to IS with mounting on PVC insulator incl brazing/welding at each joint and fixing screws for down conductors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and laying sub main wiring with four single core PVC insulated cable with copper conductor multistranded 1100 volts grade 25 sqmm in and including heavy grade PVC conduit of suitable size mm and its accessories with fixing arrangements on surface, wall, floor or ceiling etc including Two runs of 25 sqmm PVC insulated multistranded copper earth continuity conductor and connecting to main earth dolly complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Two runs of 25 sqmm earth continuity conductor, four runs of 25 sqmm copper conductor and One length of heavy grade PVC conduit of suitable size together taken as one length for measuring unit length. FRLS type copper cable shall be used and colour code to be strictly used i.e Red/Yellow/Blue for phase, Black for Neutral and green colour for earth wire.

Supply and fixing Test point terminal block made of Gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8 mm dia 25mm long hex head screwall complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
