Description of Work / Item(s)

Dismantling of Plain cement concrte for existing transformer plinth and disposing away from the site as directed by the Engineer in charge including labour,material,lead,lift etc., Complete.

Dismantling the existing Brick wall and clearing away the dismantled materials up to 5 km from the site as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all labour, transportatiom, loading, unloading, lead, lift, T & P etc., complete.

Chipping the dilapidated walls ,ceiling and flooring and disposing away from the site as directed by the Engineer in charge including cost of all materials, lead, lift etc. complete.

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with an initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murrum, gravel, stoney earth mixed with small size boulders and hard gravelly soil with initial lead of 10 m and lift of 2 m

PCC 1:3:6 using 40 mm HBS machine crushed metal for foundation concrete, including cost of all labour, materials, lead, lift, curing etc., complete.

RCC 1:1.5:3 using 20mm (machine crushed) metal for Transformer plinth concrete with formwork including cost of all labour, materials, lead, lift etc., complete excluding cost of steel reinforcement.

PCC 1:2:4 using 20mm (machine crushed) metal for transformer and breaker plinth concrete with formwork including cost of all labour, materials, lead, lift etc., complete.

Brickwork in CM 1:5 mix using II class champer bricks of size 9"x 4 3/8"x2"3/4" for cable duct and step, including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, curing, etc., complete.

Supplying and fabricating and placing in position of MS/RTS steel reinforcement for RCC works including labour for cutting bending tying and fixing in position as per specification including cost of all materials lead lift cost of binding wire etc complete

Supply and fixing of 90lbs rails over the transformer plinth including cutting the required length welding of MS flat at bottom of rails including cost of MS bolts & aligning all lead, lift, labour etc., complete.

Supply and fixing of MS chequrred plate over the control room cable duct top portion, including cutting the required length welding of MS plate at bottom of chequrred plate including cost of all materials,lead, lift, labour etc., complete.

Plastering CM 1:5 mix 12mm thick for Transformer plinth and breaker plinth etc, including cost of materials, labour, lead, lift watering, curring etc., complete.

Labour Charges for providing grouting pocket, placing the template for breaker foundation as per the drawing, grouting the foundation bolt as per the instruction of the site engineer including the cost of curing, T&Ps etc., complete.

Providing centering and shuttering for Transformer plinth and Breaker Plinth ,including cost of all materials lead, lift etc, complete.

Supplying, laying, jointing of 110 mm dia PVC pipes and specials for rain water drain pipe line of pressure 4.00Kg/cm2 of approved quality including cost of all materials labour charges, all leads and lifts etc., complete.

Enamel painting two coats wih ISI approved quality paint for old iron work including thorough scrapping cost of all materials, labour, brush, all leads & lifts etc.,complete.

Supply and fixing of Earth trough 600mm with cover for earth pit including cost of all materials ,lead,lift etc.,complete .

Painting Two coats with first class quality Plastic Emulsion paint of approved colour over a priming coat including ,cost of brushes, sand paper,wherever required and neat finishing etc., complete

Labour, consumables for first primer coat using Red oxide paint and first finish coat of painting using green enamel Paint of all metal sections used for connecting earthing , after proper surface preparation using appropriate machinery to remove rust/scales etc as directed by the field engineer .

Labour charges for writing details in any finished surface/board including cost of enamel paints and other consumables as directed by the field engineer.

Labour for erection of 33/22/11 KV Breaker complete set using crane arranged by the Contractor including the cost of gada cloth taflan tape and other consumables including support structure providing holes, gas filling wherever necessary as directed by the field engineer

Labour for erection of Measurement transformers, reactor units, using Crane arranged by the Contractor including providing holes wherever required as directed by the field engineer.

Labour for erection of 11 KV Switches with proper allignments including accessories, Meggering and cost of consumables and lubricants and as directed by the field engineer.

Labour for erection of 33/22/11 KV LAS station/Distribution type single unit including monitors & accessories.

Labour for the Erection of Strung bus upto 33 KV Single Conductor Strung Bus/phase and all related hardwares, fittings, clamps including Meggering, hoisting of insulators, and consumables and as directed by the field engineer.

Labour for the erection of Insulator single pole stack for supports Uprights/Underhang including Meggering & other consumables and as directed by the field engineer. Up to 33 KV

Labour for the erection of Busbar including suitable Modifications of End Clamps, providing holes wherever necessary as directed by the field engineer.50 mm (1 length)

Fabrication supply and fixing CT/PT junction box of size 400x300x150mm of 16 SWG(1.6mm) M.S. sheet with primer coat paint, Supply, Fabrication and erection of Box fixing Flats using 50x8 MS Flat, Supply and Fixing of 25x3mm2 Braided Flexible Copper loops to box earth, Two coat of Enamel paint, provision for fixing terminal blocks/MCBs including consumables,fright, etc. as directed by the field engineer on site requirements. (The box shall be vermin proof shall have sturdy hinges and locking arrangements.)

Fabrication, supply and fixing AC junction box of size 535x310x127mm of 18 SWG M.S. sheet incuding HRC fuse unit-18nos should be fitted with base, consumables,frieght, etc ., as TRANSCO Standard . as directed by the field engineer on site requirements. (The box shall be vermin proof shall have sturdy hinges and locking arrangements.)

Supply and fixing of Godrej 6 lever navtol lock with triplicate keys for AB Switches and for any purpose including the cost of ring and key token as directed by the field engineer

Supply of Aluminium Power Connectors/ Clamps/ Fittings with SS Bolts and Nuts, including VAT, frieght etc., confirming to IS confirming to IS as per the drawing and specification.
