S & F junction box made from SMC/FRP sheet ready made of size 370 x 270 x 210mm with aluminium bus bar of 100 Amp capacity for RYB and for neutral made in suitable size fixed inside the junction box with necessary supporting insulators, fixed on hylem sheet, MS sheet steel, fixed inside the bottom portion of box to connect the cable gland complete, entire assembly fixed to pole/wall with MS clamp 25 x 5mm and nuts & bolts, or inside the copping of pole/post top including MCB SP 6 Amp 10 KA 'C' series 240 V - 1 No, with suitable size copper lugs for connecting cables from junction box to fittings, complete all as specified and dirtected.

Supply, installation and testing of 8 meter HOT DIP galvanised octagonal steel poles, as per IS 4759 : 1996 / IS 2629 : 1985, including 1200mm inbuilt double armed bracket, 3mm section thickness, top dia 70mm, bottom dia 135mm, base plate 225 x 225 x 16mm and its accessories, including PCC foundation & foundation bolts as per OEM recommendation, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixings & testing of LED street light fittings, aerodynamically designed, 70 watt, made of pressure dia cast aluminium housing, toughened glass alongwith secondary optics with system efficiency greater than 120 lumen per watt and BIS approved silicon filled potted driver of the same OEM for vibration proof, 4 KV in-built driver and 10 KV surge protection inside housing, IP 66 protection, including 70 watt LED lamp, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping of poles etc including formwork (as required), complete all as specified and directed.

& L for power cable route marker pre-cast RCC of size 1500mm x 300mm x 50mm with top curved portion, 8mm dia round bar reinforcement, emboshing of letter (MES-POWER CABLE) both faces of pre-cast during casting of RCC precast, applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer, approved colour and painting of emboshed surface with exterior emulsion black paint including earth work for fixing of route marker, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6.0mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 meter below ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt, connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4mm thick dia by means of bolts, nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel and thimbles and other end of the earth wire connected to earthing test point/equipment and protected by galvanized iron pipe medium grade 40mm bore, up to earthing test point/equipment fixed with required number of mild steel clamp made out of 25mm x 3mm flat iron and perforated water pipe 20mm bore. GI medium grade and top with socket & plug and bottom connected to earth plate by slit and two bolts/nuts/washers, PCC earth pit chamber in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 and CI cover with frame, excavation & earth work, all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I of SSR-2009, including testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed.

Horizontal boring under the road (with manual method) below 1mtr from the road surface and dia of hole not exc. 100mm, without damaging the existing road, getting out and disposal of materials to a distance not exceeding 50m from the site of work, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair LT danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for LT, 20 x 15cm size, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 3 core PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable (FR) of size 1.5 Sqmm for voltage grade upto 1100 V, passing through PVC conduit from junction box to fittings, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for flame proof point wiring surface/concealed type with 4 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) with PVC insulated unsheathed single core stranded copper conductor Zero Halogen Flame Retardant (ZHFR/HFFR) cable of working voltage upto 1100 volts grade conforming to IS-17048 drawn in and including steel surface conduit with all fittings & accessories such as FLP flexible conduit, FLP junction box, brass glands/connector, bends etc. with 1.60mm thick pressed steel or mild steel sheet sunk box, including 4 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) PVC insulated unsheathed single core stranded copper conductor (ZHFR/HFFR) cable as earth continuity conductor connected to main switch/ 'DB's or common earth dolly for one 16 Amps power socket, complete all as specified and directed.
