Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor), 25 mm to 30 mm thick wooden shuttering as per decision & direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Applying Exterior grade Acrylic primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or cencrete surface old or new surface to receive decorative textured (matt finish) or smooth finish acrylic exterior emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly, complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of the EIC. In Ground Floor:Two Coats

Colour washing with any shade with Stainers, as required including cleaning and smoothening surface thoroughly : External surface (Ground floor), Two coats (on new works only). Other than yellow, pink.

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface], With 1:4 cement mortar, 20 mm thick plaster

Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall, dado, window sill, floor etc.

Stripping off worn out plaster and raking out joints of walls, celings etc. upto any height and in any floor including removing rubbish within a lead of 75m as directed.

Protective and Decorative Acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved quality, as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge to be applied over acrylic primer as required. The rate includes cost of material, labour, scaffolding and all incidental charges but excluding the cost of primer. In Ground floor (Two Coat), Normal Acrylic Emulsion

Rubble masonry in cement (1:6) with hard dressed stones from approved quarries and clean, coarse and washed sand including carriage of all materials to site. In Road and Jhora Work

Note: 1. All applicable taxes & duties including GST, other levies and charges etc. on above item have been mentioned in this schedule. The reimbursement of total taxes & duties shall be restricted to the total amount in 8 of this schedule subject to Clause No.2.4 of Terms & Conditions of Contract (T&C). 2. It is hereby confirmed that, except as otherwise stipulated in the Tender Specification and the statutory variations permitted as per the Contract, the above unit rates and other charges as mentioned in this Schedule, will remain firm till the subject supplies are complied. Further, it is confirmed that no other charges would be payable by NHPC, in connection with our execution of the resultant Purchase Order. 3.
