Disconnecting, dismantling and strip opening of the existing Air Handling Unit of any description and of any position upto 10000CFM for overhauling and servicing including dismantling of u/s item like Shaft, Motor, Drum Pulley, Bearing, Humidifier pipe etc, checking thouroughly the serviceability of the parts, dismantling the parts, fixing the servicible parts in position, replacement of the defective/ non functional/unserviceable parts, reassembling, comminsioning, fixing in postion and testing of air handling unit on full load for its smooth and trouble free operation complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The quoted rates of the contractor includes for fixing the serviceable parts in position and replacement of unserviceable parts with new parts. The new parts shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of schedule'A'/BOQ as supply only. (ii) Remetalling and grinding of the crank shaft wherever applicabel shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of schedule 'A'/BOQ. (iii) Rate quoted by contractor shall include the cost of transportation of any parts of the AHU unit to and fro approved workshop for their repair and re-alignment.
