I/M for flood damages repairing breached like damages section of river Singra R/B embankment from D/S of NH-15 to Kalakhowa under SDRF for 2019-2020 (Package 3)

Supply of Pre stressed cement concrete (PSC) porcupine members of size 0.10m x 0.10m x 3.00m with M-40 grade of cement concrete with graded broken course aggregates up to 12mm size down and reinforced with 4 nos. of 4mm dia high tensile steel wire cable at four corners with necessary cover and 4mm high tensile stirrups at 250mm c/c, in conformity with IS-6403 and stressed to required strength not exceeding 9.18N/mm, holes of 16mm dia at 50cm inside from both ends in the same face and in either face of post another 2 nos. of holes of size 16mm dia at 65mm inside from both ends including properly curing for 14 (fourteen) days and carriage of porcupine members from factory to the departmental stack yard within a distance up to 100Km complete as directed.

Labour charge for launching of RCC/PSC porcupine including carriage of RCC/PSC porcupine members of size 0.10m x 0.10m x 3.00m from the stack yard to the place of launching, erection of the porcupine with 6 (six) members properly, supply & fitting / fixing with 12mm dia 25cm long MS Nuts and bolts and launching the porcupine properly as directed (Lead up to 150m) without boat.

Supply of best quality un-galvanized fiber core flexible steel wire rope(I.S.2266/7), including of all other taxes. (19mm dia wire rope). (considering 4RM for each porcupine)

Supply of ‘U’ shaped bolt 19.00mm dia including payment of sale tax etc. (considering 2 nos. for each row)

Construction of whole bamboo single palisading with matured bhaluka bamboo posts 7.5cm to 10 cm dia.,15 cm clear apart 1.50m to 1.80m above ground and 1.00m to 1.20m below ground with bhaluka bamboo inclined struts placed at 1.5m apart tied with three rows of horizontal half jati bamboo kamies etc. complete as directed. (Using Bhaluka Bamboo at the rate of 10.14 Nos/ Rm & Jati Bamboo at the rate of 2.40 Nos / Rm)

Construction of leets fencing with 75 mm to 100 mm dia matured jati bamboo stacks placed 150mm clear apart and 1.2 m to 1.8 m above ground and 1.00 m to 1.2 m below ground level.(Using Jati Bamboo at the rate of 8.67 Nos / Rm)

Supplying of serviceable best quality empty cement (polythene) bags of 50 kg capacity including taxes if any, delivered at work site.

Labour charge for laying and pitching earth filled cement bags including excavation and borrowing earth, breaking clods, filling in bags and supplying and stitching the mouth with jute sutli, etc. complete as directed. (Cement bags will be supplied by the department free of cost). For borrowing earth from a distance beyond 30m. & up to 60m.
