The bidder shall be the manufacturer/Authorized dealer/supplier and shall have proven experience in similar field & supplied similar items to any State Govt. / Central Govt. / Govt. undertakings/reputed organization in India. . In proof of the above, Purchase order copy of total order value not less than Rs.1.43 Lakhs in a Single purchase order and invoice copy/supply completion certificate issued from competent authority shall be furnished. The purchase order copy furnished shall be of the preceding five financial years (i.e., 2020-21, 2021-22 2022-23,2023-24 ,2024-25 and the period up to the date of submission of bid). The work orders of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the present level of the financial year in which the tenders are invited.
The bidders in the last five financial years(i.e.,2020-21,2021-22 2022-23, 2023-24& 2024-25)should have achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover of Rs. 2.87 Lakhs. In proof, Annual report/turn over certificates duly certified by chartered accountant shall be furnished. Financial turnover of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the present level of the financial year in which the tenders are invited.
