Sch-A Part-I (B/R Portion) Removal of existing roof treatment consisting of screed bed, tar felts etc including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 Km but n exc 2 Km & clean, cleared & free from all dirts complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 kg of cement per sq meter over clean, cleared, dirt less free from any dirt surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Precast cement concrete block masonary 1:3:6 type C-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate with solid blocks exc 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 10 mm thick, on other than fair faces of brick or stone surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain Cement Concrete in roof kerbs of mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges type B0 (1:2:4) using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 10mm thick cement rendering in cement mortar 1:4, over green neat cement slurry to receive roof treatment & finished even and smooth without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound (ratio of WPC and cement - as per manufacturer instructions) as in grading to RCC roof surface complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately

Supply only integral water proofing compound for plastering / concrete work, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Roof treatment as per following stages all as specified and directed:- Stage -1:- Tack coat of priming the surface with a coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg / Sqm over plastered, surface. Stage-2:- Five layered Atactic polypropylene modified polymeric membrane of minimum 3 mm thick and minimum weight not less than 3.5Kg/Sqm reinforced with polyster non woven fabric matt( weight not less than 160 gm/Sqm), laid with LPG torch forced application over roof surface, with a side & end overlaps of minimum 100 mm. Stage-3:- Tack coat of priming the surface with a coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg / Sqm over APP membrane. Stage-4:- One coat of bituminous aluminium primer @ 100 gm/Sqm on top, including sealing all joints by thermo fusion. Note: Water Proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.(Refer Stage-3)

Disconnecting existing tank up to exc 1000 ltr n.exc 2000 ltr capacity and including connecting GI pipe with fittings upto shaft area setting aside (or lowering if required) and reconnecting and re-fixing same position with all GI pipe with fittings etc after roof treatment etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (multi layer-minimum 3 layerered) of 2000 Ltrs capacity (cylindrical, vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including 20mm bore PVC float valve complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F as in repairs 40mm boreTubes, 'medium grade' galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S & F as in repairs 50 mm boreTubes, 'medium grade' galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S & F as in repairs 40 mm bore Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both end for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S & F as in repairs 50 mm bore Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both end for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Sch-A Part-I (E/M Portion) Taking down old Aluminum strip of size 25 x 3.15 mm along with saddles and fixing screws from the roof and down conductors above ground and refixing in the same location with new saddles, nuts and bolts, screws of suitable size and length and connected to air termination rod on top of the hanger complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Aluminum strip of size 25 x 3.15 mm in repair with saddles and fixing screws etc for roof conductors and down conductors above ground and fixing in the same location with new nuts and bolts of suitable size and length and connected to air termination rod on top of the hanger complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically earth pit not less than 2.5 mtrs deep below the ground level with top to edge of the plate n. less than 1.5 mtrs below ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 25 x 4mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nut and washer of galvanized steel, including necessary earth work and excavation in any strata and PCC 1:3:6 type C2 chamber and RCC cover and light grade GI pipe 15 mm dia pipe of required length for protection of GI wire and water funnel and wire mesh with GI pipe medium grade 20mm dia etc complete all as specified as per elctrical plate No 3 of SSR part-I including dismantling old one and testing on completion all as specified and directed.

M & L test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75 x 75x 25 mm, drilled and screwed including 3 Nos, 8 mm dia 25 mm long hex, head screw complete all specified and directed.
