Flooring with marble stone of specified thickness as per sample of marble approved by Engineer-in-charge, over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry including rubbing, polishing and curing complete with: Makrana White Second quality

Providing and laying chisel dressed Devri Stone tile of specified thickness as per sample approved by EIC in cement mortor 1:4 (1cement: 4coarse sand) upto plinth level including curing. Fine chisel dressed.

Extra for stone work, ashlar sunk or moulded in cornice for 3cm girth.

P/F stainless steel grade 304 railing made of hallow tubes channels plates etc incl welded, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature(wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete,. i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories and stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc of required size on the top pf the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer in charge, for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered incl fixing acessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) crushed aggregates.

Providing Retro-reflective regulatory sign board of size 900mm diameter made out of 2mm thick aluminum sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated lens type retro-reflective sheeting as approved by Engineer-in-charge. Letter, symbols, borders, etc. will be as per IRC:67 with required colour scheme on the boards and with the high intensity grade A. the aluminum sheet to be riveted to M.S. frame of angle iron of size 40x40x4mm. The boards will be fixed to 1 No. 50x50mm square post made of M.S. angle 50x50x4mm, 4m long welded to the frame with adequate anti-theft arrangement. Sheet work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint over an under coat (primer) and back side of aluminum sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint including appropriate priming coat complete in all respects as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing of stainless steel board (CND) comprising of stainless steel of 22 guage supported by framework of 2 inch round pipe of 202 grade with stainless steel rivet and cost of itching or writing in black colour the frame is to be fixed in cement concrete blocks of ratio 1:2:4 mix of size 30x30x40 incl fabrication and transportation complete in all respects.
