SCHEDULE A BOQ

Dismantling existing damaged ducts and Supply, assembly and erection of 24 gauge GI sheet with C & SS rectangular/square duct made out of 'L' shaped hollow profile, duly factory boxed, incl all accessories such as Corner, Cleat, Carriage bolt, hanging rod, Gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repairs duct insulation with resin bonded fibre glass wool roll of density 24 kg/Cum, with factory laminated aluminium vapour barrier, thickness of insulation suitable for 40 mm as specified and including the following:- .

(a) Cleaning the duct surface (to be insulated) by scrapping carefully with wire brush etc. to make the surface completely free of millscale, dirt, dust, grease and other foreign materials, taking special care so that all duct joints are sealed against any leakage

(b) Applying rubber based adhesive CPRX compound.

(c) Sealing of all longitudinal joints and circular overlaps with and including Aluminium foil tape 50 mm wide, to make the insulation leakproof.

(d) Securing the insulation with and including mechanically fastened nylon/ steel straps of size 12 mm/50 mm at maximum intervals of 1.2 mtr.

S&F in replacement of grills/diffusers of size 630X630 mm for supply air duct made out of CRCA sheet 1.2mm thick, with perforation duly powder coated etc adjustable type(with flow regulating arrangement) all as directed. Make : Microflo ,3C Air Equipments, Deepak cooling control.

Supply and fix in replacement of Galvanised steel, volume control damper/parallel Blade Dampers for rough air system balance with closer control at the individual grills or diffusers for supply air complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Microflow, 3C Air Equipments, Deepak cooling control.

M&L Providing insulation on and around suction and discharge copper tube of size 3/8"/ 5/8" with 6mm thick flexible thermocol heat resistance duly wrapped with sticking tape and finally covered with flexible PVC conduit of 50mm bore complete including taking down existing damaged one all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair Blower fan motor 3 phase 750 W suitable for AC plant 1 x 12 TR capacity at OTF of existing make/ brand of defective components or any reputed suitable make as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair AHU Blower motor with blower set of existing make suitable for the 3X16.5 TR precision type AC plant at Transmitter/ Opera-I complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable scroll type compressor of capacity 7.5 TR including supply and replacement of same capacity of compressor of Make Emerson Climate Technologies or equivalent make for AC plant at location : TRCL

Taking down old unserviceable scroll type compressor of capacity 3 TR including supply and replacement of same capacity of compressor of Make Emerson Climate Technologies or equivalent make for AC plant at location : AVRO/OTF/OPERA-II

Taking down old unserviceable scroll type compressor of capacity 12 TR including supply and replacement of same capacity of compressor of Make Emerson Climate Technologies or equivalent make for AC plant at location : AVRO/OTF/OPERA-II

Note for Item No 13 to 15:- (a) Compressor shall be purchased from manufacturer/ authorised dealer of the manufacturer.

(b) Compressor shall be in sealed condition and shall bear warranty for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Servicing of chiller pump 5HP 3 phase 415 Volt of Make:M/s Kirloskar including replacement of unserviceable bearing bush with testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and replacement of unserviceable PVC compressed air pipe of 15mm dia suitable for 150 PSI complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Presto Plast/ Modi/ Avon Plast

Supply and fix in repair microprocessor Controller suitable for 12/15/45TR AC plant at TRCL complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of unserviceable CTV Coil incoming 230Volt outgoing 12V/24V of existing make/ brand of defective components or any reputed suitable make as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of contactor 3 Phase, 32 A, 415 Volt suitable for AC plant of capacity 1 x 15 TR at CRRW complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Siemens, Schneider, L&T

Taking down old unserviceable outdoor condenser coil from existing unit and Supply and fix new outdoor condenser coil of same Model suitable for the AC plant 1 x 8.75 TR at T-51 (Avonics Lab)complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair condenser fan motor of outdoor unit of AC plant 1 x 12 TR capacity at Opera-II complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete overhauling of air compressor 20 HP of Make: M/s Ingersoll including replacement of valve assembly LP-2 Nos, valve assembly HP - 1 No, Piston rings LP-2 sets, Piston Rings HP - 1 set, Air filter element - 2 No, Gasket set - 1 set and compressor oil - 5 ltr etc including testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for complete overhauling of air compressor 10 HP of Make: M/s Ingersoll including replacement of valve assembly LP-2 Nos, valve assembly HP - 1 No, Piston rings LP-2 sets, Piston Rings HP - 1 set, Air filter element - 2 No, Gasket set - 1 set and compressor oil - 5 ltr etc including testing complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply only Refrigerant gas R – 22 as and when required for AC plants of following capacity complete all as specified and as directed:-

(a) 3 × 30 TR Rubber store of Voltas make

(b) 2 x 7.5 TR for TRCL of Voltas make

Supply and fix in replacement of contactor 3 Phase 415 Volt suitable for AC plant of capacity 3 x 16.5 TR at Opera-I complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F water pressure cut out 230 volt including taking down existing one complete all as specified and as directed. Make Indfoss or equivalent.

Supply and fix in repair Blower fan motor suitable for AC plant 1 x 8.75 TR at T-51 of existing make/ brand of defective components or any reputed suitable make as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair strainer of package type ac plant of capacity 1 x 12TR with ISI mark complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L taking down AHU Motor of capacity 10HP from location for servicing including replacement of bearing,bush and rewinding and refixing the same complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of contactor 3 Phase, 32 A, 415 Volt suitable for AC plant of capacity 1 x 12 TR at AVRO complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Siemens, Schneider, L&T

S&F in repairs Oil pressure cut out of existing make/ brand of defective components or any reputed suitable make as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Compressor Oil freeze -90LTR complete all as specified and as directed. Make:Castrol, Shell , Servo

Supply and fix in repair condenser fan motor of outdoor unit of AC plant 1 x 15 TR capacity at CRRW/ SEW of existing make/ brand of defective components or any reputed suitable make as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Comprehensive maintenance of Air compressor 20 HP of Make : M/s Ingersoll, 3 phase including attending day to day complaints, checking of airflow line, oil change, pressure switch setting, setting of air filters, checking functioning of valves, checking of guage by the original manufacturer complete all as specified and directed. Location- LCA Hanger No. I, II & III -03 Nos.

Note for Item No 39 :- (a) The contractor shall make AMC contract for 11 months with the authorised service agency of any make /manufacturer of equipments installed in above said three plants and the repairs/ maintenance shall be carried out through the Authorised service agency only as per instructions recommended by the original manufacturer.

(b) The authorised service agency must be attended as and when called for urgent nature of repair of the equipments.

(c) Any minor items to be replaced is included in the item quoted rate.

(d) The contractor shall provide visit/inspection of service engineer of authorised dealer for servicing of the eqpt in each quarter i.e on quarterly basis and on phone call for attending emergency brake downs during the entire contract period.

(e) Please note that no payment will be enhanced if the contract period has extended and payment is not applicable for extended period.

Supply and fix in replacement of contactor 3 Phase 415 Volt suitable for AC plant of capacity 3X45TR at Rotable Div and 2 x 7.5 TR at TRCL complete all as specified and as directed. Make-Siemens, ABB, Schneider, L&T.

Supply and fix in replacement of Big end Bearing of compressor of Model : 5H - 40 Voltas make for 3 × 30 TR plant complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Small end Bearing of compressor of Model : 5H - 40 Voltas make for 3 × 30 TR plant complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of unserviceable outdoor condensor fan motor of capacity single phase 0.5HP, 900 Rpm,suitable for AC plant at TRCL complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Oil pump assembly with gear of compressor of Voltas make for capacity 3 × 30 TR Rubber store complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of Piston with rings (Oil ring / pressure ring) of compressor of Model : 5H - 40 voltas make for 3 × 30 TR plant complete all as specified and as directed.

Comprehensive maintenance of 25 KVA static frequency converter with input supply of 3 phase 415 V, 50 Hz with output of 3 ph 4 wire 115 AC /200 V AC 400 HZ Make- Power one Micro systems including attending day to day complaints, Isolating converter from system, opening up, examining the accessories parts, cleaning , soldering as required and testing and connecting back with the systems as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Location - LCA Hanger No-I,II & III-09 Nos.

Comprehensive maintenance of DC power supply (rectifier) 28 Volts DC out put 12 KW with input supply of 3 phase 415 V, 50 Hz Make- Power one Micro systems including attending day to day complaints, Isolating converter from system, opening up, examining the accessories parts, cleaning , soldering as required and testing and connecting back with the systems as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Location - LCA Hanger No-I, II & III - 09 Nos.

Comprehensive maintenance of Air compressor 10 HP of Make : Ingersoll 3 phase including attending day to day complaints, checking of airflow line, oil change, pressure switch setting, setting of air filters, checking functioning of valves, checking of guage by the original manufacturer complete all as specified and directed. Note for Item No 76 :- (a) The contractor shall make AMC contract for 11 months with the original manufacturer of the equipments and the repairs/ maintenance shall be carried out through the Authorised service agency only as per instructions recommended by the original manufacturer.

Comprehensive maintenance of Air compressor 2 HP of Make : ESKAY 3 phase including attending day to day complaints, checking of airflow line, oil change, pressure switch setting, setting of air filters, checking functioning of valves, checking of guage by the original manufacturer complete all as specified and directed. Location- FOL Lab, 5 BRD

Note for Item No 99 :- (a) The contractor shall make AMC contract for 11 months with the original manufacturer of the equipments and the repairs/ maintenance shall be carried out through the Authorised service agency only as per instructions recommended by the original manufacturer.

(b) The authorised service agency must be attended as and when called for urgent nature of repair of the equipments.

(c) Any minor items to be replaced is included in the item quoted rate.

Carrying out pressure leak test of Central/Package AC plants of capacity 12/15/16.5/30 TR whenever required by nitrogen gas pressure for detecting leakage in cooling/condensing unit refrigerant pipe and repairing the leakage by welding or brazing of condensing/ cooling unit, refrigerant pipe and putting under pressure for leakage checking after repair of leaking pipe flushing out by N2 and CTC/ vaccumination complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Supply & charging of refrigerant gas R-22/R-407C will be measured and paid for separately

Returning, refilling including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cms thick in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials not exceeding 50m distance and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Riddling Sand obtained from excavation for cable protection 8cm under the cable and 15cm above the cable in trench and get the thick layer of 18cm after ramming complete all as specified and directed. Note :- In case sufficient sand not obtained from excavation, the required additional qty obtain from out side MD land as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is deemed to be included the above provision.

M&L Fly ash bricks using modular bricks as in cable protection cover including taking down existing bricks of any size complete all as specified and directed.

Periodical servicing and maint of electric operated hanger door comprising of 3 phase, 415V, 3.75 KW/ 5 HP capacity induction motor of Make - Siemens, 7HP VFD panel, chain pulley arrangement, push button for forwarding/ reverse movement of the doors, relays, limit switches, contactors, gear wheels, siren, ammeter and voltmeter, indicating lamps, MCB SP/ SPN of various capacities and suitable connecting cable etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Location - T-45 Hanger, T-46 Hanger, SP-19 Hanger, SP-18 Hanger, T-68 & 69 Hanger

Note for item No 116 :- (a) Each hanger consists of 04 Nos of electric operated door.

(b) The unit quoted rate shall deem to be included to carried out all repairs noticed.

(c) Repairs/ maintenance shall be carried out through the experinced service agency only.

(d) The service agency must be attended as and when called for urgent nature of repair of hanger door irrespective of number of visit.

(e) Replacement of minor items shall be included in the unit quoted rate.

(f) Replacement of any major defective items will not be included in the scope of work. However, the decision of Accepting Officer is final and binding in deciding, whether the defective item is major or minor in nature.

M&L for rewinding of burnt electric induction motor of 3 phase, 415 volts, 3.75 KW/ 5 HP Make - Siemens including disconnecting electric connections/ taking down and shifting to local workshop and brought back to site and re-assembling, connecting, testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F PVC insulated and FR PVC round sheathed copper conductor flexible industrial cable, 10 Sqmm 2 Core with suitable epoxy based insulator for Hanger door motor connection with control panel as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Switch flame proof rotary type with termination box in LM6, 16A, single pole 250V. Make : Sudhir, Bajaj, Baliga.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Supply and fixing LED light fitting 2x16 Watt flame proof, CMRI certified recommended for gas/ vapor group of IIA & IIIB, Zone 1 & 2 and IP 65 protection with die cast aluminum hosing with heat resistant toughened glass with LED tube light fixtures driver, holders, connector etc. Complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size. Make : Sudhir, Bajaj, Baliga.

Supply and fixing in replacement of switch flame proof switch socket and plug combined in LM6 cable termination box in LM6, 16A, 250V, 2P + earth, Make : Sudhir, Bajaj, Baliga.

Supply and fixing in replacement of flame proof exhaust fan 300mm sweep 230 volts, with all accessories fixed on wall/ceiling including writing MES No with synthetic enamel paint all specified and directed. Make : Sudhir or equivalent in Bajaj, Baliga. Note:- Old Unserviceable flame proof exhaust fan hall be deposited to MES store yard.

M&L Earth testing, identifying the earth and recording of test results in prescribed format all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
