Fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of L.T outdoor type self supported cubical non extendable type LT Panel board of Suitable size shall be not less then 1400 X 800 X 400 mm), dust and vermin proof made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet with front opening, double leaf hinged door with locking arrangement embedded in PCC 1:2:4 with 04 Nos Aluminium strips of size 50 X 12 X 700 mm fixed with insuators . All the switchgears and busbar should be interconnected with required size insulated aluminium cables with lugs of required size. Busbar shall be provided with colour coded rubberized sleeves bands for phases and neutral identification and duly painted with two coats of metal primer and two coats of synthetic enamel. The following switchgears and acessories should be installed in the panel.

INCOMING

a) Providing & fixing of 200 amps 415 Volts 10 KA breaking capacity 4 pole MCCB - 01 no. Make C&S/L&T/Havells/legrand etc.

b) Providing and fixing online changeover switch of 250 Amps 4 Pole, 415 Volts with steel enclosure and rotary handle- 01 No Make:- Havell's/ L&T/ Indoasian/ Legrand etc as required.

c) LED type phase indicating lamp-- 1 Set

OUT GOING

a) Providing & fixing of 125 Amps 415 Volts, four pole switch fuse unit with steel enclosure and rotary handle - 01 no. make:- Havell's/ L&T/ Indoasian/ Legrand etc as required.

b) Providing & fixing of 250 Amps 415 Volts, four pole switch fuse unit with steel enclosure and rotary handle - 01 no. make:- Havell's/ L&T/ Indoasian/ Legrand etc as required.

Supplying, Installation, testing and commissioning of ASHLOK make SEE brand safe earthing electro type-19, 50mm dia,length 2 mtrs and inner space to be filled with crystaline conductive mixture including filling up with electrodite (Back fill compound) as required for safe earth electrode and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement etc. as required.

Supplying, installing on wall, testing and commissioning of following capacity rising mains of make Havells model cat no. IHBC03154 of 315 Amps capacity 4 way 4 nos, copper/ aluminium bus bars in convenient sections and suitable for 415 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 HZ AC supply.

Supplying of following sizes XLPE insulated heavy duty armoured aluminium conductor UG cable of 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS: 7098 (Part I) and IS No: 1554 (Part-I) 1988 as applicable.(make :Havells / Polycab/ Finolex. etc as required.
