Dismantling of timber scantling 40Sqcm and over in section in any position such as in rafter,purlins etc in unframed work complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling of timber fillets , rails, posts, rafters, purlin etc under 40 sqcm in section, in any position in unframed work complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling board (fiber, pulp, insulation etc) any thickness including cover fillets as directed.

M&L for clean sawn 2nd class hard wood as in scantling more than 40 Sqcm in sectional area fixed to timber/iron frame work complete all as specified and as directed Engr-in-Charge

M&L for 6mm thick asbestos cement corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in roof, wall etc fixed with L-type or cranked hood bolts complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for 6mm thick asbestos cement two piece adjustable plain wing ridge fixed with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolt complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Note: The sheet design /colour shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge

M&L of E-boards "Everest " Make 600 X600 X4mm thick, white prelaminated self-embossed reinforced designer ceiling board tiles of approved texture at all height laid on Hot dipped Galvanized iron imposed grid with 24mm wide T-section exposed flanges which shall be powder coated white. The frame work shall comprise of main runner made from 0.33mm thick GI sheet and of size 24 X 32X 300mm and spaced at 1200mm centre to centre screwed fixed to the soffit of structure by hanger as approved at 1200mm maximum centres. Hangers of GI wire 2 run 4mm dia to be fixed by approved rawl plug, level and adjusters and screws etc. The last hanger at the end of each main runner shall be greater than 450mm from adjacent wall. Flush fitting of 1200mm long cross tee (with double stitching) to be interlocked between main runners at 600mm centre to centre to form 1200 X600mm modules, cross tee longer than 600mm to be supported independly 600 X600mm modules to be formed by fitting 600mm long cross tee centrally between 1200mm cross tee. The perimeter wall angle shall be of 0.45mm thick GI sheet of size 19mm X19mm and 3000mm long of white powder coated all as specified by manufacturer instruction complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Demolition of brickwork built in cement mortar with all quoins, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks old size straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls incl. raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L rendering 15mm thick in cement plaster 1:6 on surfaces of brick work/ concrete and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for 15mm thick external plastering in cm (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface(at any height of building) including necessary scaffolding finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for applying 2 coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on new or previously untreated surfaces of wall including preparation of surfaces all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying 2 coats of cement base paint in any colour over a coat of primer on new or previously untreated surfaces of wall complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing of surfaces of walls, pilasters, cornices etc by washing, rubbing down & stopping etc and applying one coat of oil bound distemper in any colour complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing of surfaces of walls by washing rubbing down & stopping of painted surfaces and applying one coat of cement base paint, in any colour complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for precast decorative cornices / architraves 150mm size of POP installed / fixed at junctions of wall and ceiling complete all as specified and as directed

Note :- Debris obtained from all items should be removed in low lying areas as directed by Engr-in-charge out of MOD Land. (Rates quoted for items are deemed to be included for this, where removal of debris in the items is not considered.)
