Supply of following size of 1.1KV grade multicore aluminium conductor XLPE Insulation and PVC sheathed armoured cable confirming to IS : 7098 (Part-1) 1988 upto date amendments. 3½ core X 300 Sq.mm.

Laying of one number XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation and refilling the trench etc as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering. Upto 35 sq. mm

Laying of one number additional PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground in the same trench in one tier horizontal formation including excavation and refilling the trench etc as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering. Upto 35 sq. mm

Laying of one number XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning,protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required. Upto 35 sq. mm

Laying of one number XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning,protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required. Above 95 sq. mm and upto 185 sq. mm

Laying of one number XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning,protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required. Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver Blocks from Footpath/central Verge, including removal of rubbish etc.,disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground,for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 meter lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying old cement concrete interlocking paver blocking of any design/ Shape laid in required line ,level ,curvature ,colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand , filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.(Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost).

Laying of one number XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing METAL pipe as required. Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm

Supply of GI pipe of 125 mm Dia medium (B Class ) confirming to IS :1239 Part-1 (2004).

Excavation of the trench ( Depth 75 cm) in bitumen/cement road and laying of GI pipe of dia 125 mm in the trench including getting out the excavated soil and refilling the excavated soil and making good the bitumen road with cement concrete complete as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 3½ X 300 sq. mm (70mm)

Supply and fixing (in Sub Station panel) of Electrical Insulating Mat Class A 3.3 KV Anti-Skid Surface and Pastable Type, ERDA/CPRI/BIS Approved, ISI mark embossed at every meter on Top Side of Mat. Confirming to IS:15652 CatIII, Thickness-2 mm, Width- 1m. Length-1M. Colour- Blue/Black/Grey or any other. Flame Retardant, Acid/Alkali/Diesel and Oil Resistant, Suitable for Trolley movement.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of IP 65 Outdoor Busbar Junction box (Dust Proof & Jet Water Proof), made of high quality Polycarbonate ( totally Insulated Class II ), (shock proof, rust free,corrosion free, acid and chemical resistant, fire retardant, having high impact, made of halogen and silicone free recyclable material), UV resistant having high grade gasket made of Polyurethane, the enclosure flame retardant and self – extinguishing according to IEC 60695-2-11, Materials suitable for outdoor application and the enclosure have cable entry from bottom and bottom part de-touchable type PC flange be fitted with plain walls , the plain of flange can be drilled as per cable size , suitable cable size for 3.5 core 300sqmm . Lid screws made of polyamide spring loaded half turn type. inside enclosure have TPN tinned copper bus bar (RYBN) and bus bar rating 415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz AC supply,500amp and with enclosure mounting structure (RAL 7016) , the bus barsJunction box should have test certificate in accordance with IEC 61 439-2.
