Centering and shuttering including strutting , propping etc and removal of form for - Lintels , beams , plinth beams ,girders , bressumers and cantilevers

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C .work including straightening , cutting , bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level- Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular ) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level in all shapes and sizes in-cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

12mm cement plaster of mix -1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)

15mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix - 1:4 (1cement : 4 fine sand)

Finishing with deluxe multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacture's specification -Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr./ 10 sqm. over and including one coat of special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr. / 10 sqm.

Extra for applying water proofing cement paint as primer applied @ 2.2kg. /10 sqm. instead of primer for exterior finishing in item 13.48.1

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade- one or more coats on old work

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade - old work (two o rmore coats on existing cement paint surface applied at 3.28 ltr. / 10 sqm.

Demolishing brick work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead - in cement mortar

Providing and laying non - pressure NP2 class (light duty) R.C.C pipes with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar i n the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fines and) including testing of joints etc. complete - 300 mm. dia R.C.C. pipe

Providing, driving and installing driven cast -in-situ reinforced cement concrete piles of grade M-25 of specified diameter and length below the pile cap, to carry safe working load not less than specified excluding the cost of steel reinforcement but including the cost of shoe and the length of pile to be embedded in the pile cap etc. all complete. (Length of pile for payment shall be measured from top of shoe to the bottom of pile cap) - 400 mm. dia piles

Providing two legged scaffolding using 15cm diameter blue - gum posts or casurina posts or best quality bamboo - posts of 4m over all length (3.0m. height + 0.5 m. projection + 0.5 into the ground) the distance between the two rows being 1.25 m. and the spacing of posts with 0.5 m overlap on either side and braces to step up and providing a platform with country wood planks of 40mm thick and 1m width etc in a complete form using coir and nails 1 m run(Rate of scaffolding for a height of 3 m. and length of 1 m.)
