'Notes: (i) Please refer Schedule 'A' Notes of tender documents.

M&L for removing blockage from WC's, traps (P-trap/ floor trap/gully trap etc) inside the buildings at any floor including cleaning and flushing the pipes upto first man hole complete all as specified and directed. Note :(i) This item includes cleaning of all the traps and pipes of toilet block/kitchen irrespective of Nos and length of pipes involved, up to first man hole and altogether shall be taken as one job for payment purpose. (ii) In case the blockage reoccurs in the same location with in the month, the same shall be cleared by the contractor at his own cost and no extra payment shall be made for the repetitive cleaning.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.50 metre wide and not exc. 1.5 metre in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil 1.50 metre and not exceeding 3 metre depth complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning and filling including spreading leveling , watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and deposting where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement plastering 15mm thick in cemet mortar 1:4 including mixing of liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on brick work or concrete surfaces or in chajjas/parapet walls etc finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: - Locations for use of WPC shall be given by Engineer-in-charge and WPC Shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of surfaces of external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc and applying two coat of cement base paint with highlighter of any approved shade @ 5 sq.m/kg/1 coat or as recommended by the manufacturer of cement based paint by using following brands of cement based paint using brush or roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in benching for manholes, bands , coping , bed plate etc with slightly chamfered or rounded angles including necessary form work, if any, and finishing exposed surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation of manholes completed all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in in lintels upto 1.5m clearspan, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands,plinth courses, string courses,lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones,bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, aligning & Installation of Precast circular reinforced concrete (M-40) manholes complete with and including S.F.R.C. cover (heavy duty, HD-20 grade designation),conical top (Top portion) of internal dia 0.56 metre at top,internal dia 1.0 metre at bottom,0.80 metre internal depth and bottom solid cylindrical portion 0.30 metre deep, with wall thickness of 200mm Type-I manhole conforming to I.S. 12592, collector for DWC inlet 150/200, DWC outlet 150/200 pipes & future pipes connecting arrangements all as specified and shown on drawing no.SK-1054 Sheet 1/3 . The manholes shall be precast with M-40 concrete grade building in with end caps where shown or necessary, including cost of all materials labours and T&P incl Providing orange colour safety foot rest of minimum 6mm thick plastic encapsulated as per IS :10910 on 12mm dia bar conforming to IS :1786 having minimum cross section as 23X25 mm and over all minimum length 263 mm and width as 165 mm with minimum 112 mm space protruded legs having 2mm tread on top surface by ribbing or chequering besides necessary and adequate anchoring projections on tail length on 138 mm and suitable to with stand the bend test and chemical resistance test as per specifications and having manufactures permanent identification marks to be visible even after fixing including fixing in manhole complete all as directed and specified.

All as per item no. 17 here-in-before but for circular precast reinforced manhole rings only for increase of manhole depth of manhole Type-I but for depth more than 0.8 metre upto 2.0 metre complete all as directed and specified. Note:- Various manholes of different depths are to be provided at site as per site requirement. The tenderer shall quote rates for depth beyond 0.8 metre top portion. Actual payment shall be made based on actual depth provided at site for increse in depth or for each manhole beyond 0.8 metre depth top portion. Tenderer should note this aspect while quoting rates against this item.

All as per item No 17 here-in-before but having conical top (Top portion) of internal dia 0.56 metre at top,internal dia 1.2 metre at bottom,1.00 metre internal depth and bottom solid cylindrical portion 0.30 metre deep, Type-II manhole conforming to I.S. 12592 with wall thickness of 200mm as per drawing no. SK-1054 Sheet 2/3.

All as per item no. 19 here-in-before but for circular precast reinforced manhole rings only for increase of manhole depth of manhole type-II but for depth more than 1.0 metre upto 2.8 metre complete all as directed and specified. Note:- Various manholes of different depths are to be provided at site as per site requirement .The tenderer shall quote rates for depth beyond 1.0 metre top portion. Actual payment shall be made based on actual depth provided at site for increase in depth for each manhole beyond 1.0 metre depth top portion. Tenderer should note this aspect while quoting rates against this item.

All as per item no. 21 here-in-before but for circular precast reinforced manhole rings only for increase of manhole depth of manhole type-III but depth more than 1.3 metre upto 4.2 metre complete all as directed and specified. Note:- Various manholes of different depths are to be provided at site as per site requirement .The tenderer shall quote rates for depth beyond 1.3 metre top portion. Actual payment shall be made based on actual depth provided at site for increase in depth for each manhole beyond 1.3 metre depth top portion. M& for reinforced concrete pipes including Demolition by breaking up drain pipes salt glazed stone ware pipe any dia jointed in cement mortar and taking out of root trenches removing the debries from site ,of 200 mm dia, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars and jointed complete in cement mortar (1:1) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced concrete pipes including Demolition by breaking up drain pipes salt glazed stone ware pipe any dia jointed in cement mortar and taking out of root trenches removing the debries from site ,of 300 mm dia, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars and jointed complete in cement mortar (1:1) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Reinforced cement concrete of any description and manhole covers, in any position not otherwise described for complete all as directed and removal of debris outside the defence land.

M&L for RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crusted stone aggregate as in precast slabs for covers of manholes and set in CM 1:4 including necessary form work and placing of manholes cover in version complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding witgh and including mild steel wire (annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains of internal dia of 150mm, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l smooth finished, and reforming benching as required complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE:- If float valve broken during cleaning it should be replaced without any cost.

M&L for cast iron nahani trap 100 mm dia with long arm n less than 450mm grating including jointing to waste pipe fixed in cement concrete type B1 (1:2:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitreous china premium/1st quality wash down water closet pan floor mounting (pedestal pattern/EWC) white colour including CI S/P trap as directed including connection to drain (or out going pipe) and to flushing pipe, antisyphonagee pipe,etc.,with flush pipe PVC 32mm dia and incl. plastic seat cover as recommended by manufacturer closed pattern with flat bottom etc; and incl all necessary accessories like rag bolts/gel gasket etc as recommended by manufacturer for fixing, packing and including supply and fix of PVC long arm S/P trap so that joint is avoided inside the building as well as in wall and outlet straight away come out of wall in all floors G.F. and taking down existing of any description/size ccomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitreous china squatting pan of Orissa patten size 580 x 440 white colour including CI S/P trap long size as directed joint run and lead front or back inlet with integral footrest including connection to trap and to flushing pipe,anti-syphonage pipe, etc, fixed in repair complete and making good to floor in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F health faucet with 8mm dia and 1.2 metre long flexible tube in chorme finish and wall hook including making connections and fixed in position complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including CM(bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store & rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete un -reinforced in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for anti-skid ceramic joint free premium quality coloured tiles 300 X 300 mm and 6-7 mm thick, as in floors etc. in any pattern of light & dark tiles as approved, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, in floors etc. over & including 20 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4) over and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for ceramic glossy finish, joint free premium quality coloured tiles 600 X 300 mm and 8-9 mm thick, in any pattern of light & dark/highlighters tiles etc as approved, on vertical surfaces such as in skirting/dado etc, set and jointed in cement slurry over & including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed. Note : Dado should be flushed with the wall plastering.

S&F stainless steel grating 125 x 125 mm size square shaped with self locking arangement for floor trap fixed in position complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning & clearing of solid/liquid mud/any type of solid content including mud, brick bats, empty containers of any type, rags, polythene or any similar items deposited in underground sewage lines 100 to 600mm bore of any description and any depth upto 8 metres including manholes/inspection chambers of any size and any depth, using SUPER SUCTION MACHINE TRUCK MOUNTED HAVING SUCTION CAPACITY 1000 TO 4000 CUM/HRS, JETTING PUMP WITH WORKING PRESSURE AT LEAST 120 BAR having facilities of high pressure water thermoplastic fiber braided water jetting hose and through conical/round shape nozzler pipe. Bottom surface of manholes/inspection chambers & sewage lines should be visible after cleaning process. Sludge/sludge water/any type of waste recovered from sewage lines/manholes/inspection chambers shall be disposed off at authorized dumping site declared by local administration outside Ministry of defence land complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Payment shall be made to the contractor as under:- (a) 80% (after 15 days on execution of the work). (b) 20% (after issue of completion of the work) or payment in final bill as applicable.

(iii) Lines once cleared will be maintained through out the period of the contract. If there is any blockage during the period of the contract, the same will be cleared without any extra cost by the contractor. (iv) In case of any blockage is observed/found in any cleared line through super suction machine during the time period of contract and it becomes necessary to clear the sewage line with machine, the same shall be cleared through machine by the contractor without any extra cost to the department. The line shall be cleared by the contractor within 48hrs after intimation to the contractor. The rate quoted by the contractor against the item above shall be deemed to be inclusive of clearance of line twice or more time as required during the whole contract period.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 50 x 75 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum comp?ressive strength of 58 N/mm2 , modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardan and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete all as specified and directed. (M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately). Note: For WPC solid door/window frames, minus 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimensions on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

Providing and fixing factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid decorative type flush door shutter of size 30mm thick comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted with hot melt adhesive on both faces of shutter and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F stainless steel 202 Grade finished 150mm long tower bolts in square shaped with minimum 10mm dia rod complete all as specified and as directed.
