Demolition of cement concrete of any description in any position not otherwise specific provided for.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortor bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premisses.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floors/slabs by picking, seaping cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust, brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 Kg of cement per Sqm.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm stone aggregate as in padding and in any situation finishing even and fair avg thickness 40 mm. Concrete for getting proper slope/covering as specified. PCC shall be done by Mixer machine only.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick avg in cement mortar 1:4 over roof surfaces mixed with WPC as per manufactures instructions, finished even and smooth without using extra cement after preparation of surfaces complete.

M&L APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 kg/sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric(wt not less than 150 gms/sqm over a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.5 ltr/sqm and bonded completely with torck application with side over lap 75 mm and end lap minimum 100 mm and sealing over lap and joints as per manufacturer's instructions.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes(any size), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc

S&F 110mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls.

Taking down cement plaster of any description incl raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

M/L Preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on walls.

M&L for two coats of white wash over old decorated surface of interior wall including preparation of wall surfaces and finish complete as directed.

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of wall and applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying one coat of acrylic weather coat premium quality antifungal exterior emulsion to old painted surface of wall including preparation all as specified and directed

M&L 100 mm thick, Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate), as in sub base.

M&L for prividing PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded aggr) as in hard standing/foot path/plinth protection/flooring/sub base and similar work complete all as directed.

M&L 15mm thicks screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified. (Floor and pavement tiles).

M&L Prepolished pavement heavy duty designer tiles of size 300x300x (8-9)mm thick. . jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in foot path complete all as specified..

M&L Vitrified double charged ceramic tiles light shade 9-10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed In white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles

M&L for hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden metal/ aluminium frames, and fixing 4mm thick plain glass, ordinary quality and glazing of any size.

M&L for synthetic enamel paint of one coat incl perparation of old wooden surfaces over 10 cm width or girth complete.

Dismantling old rolling shutter/colapsable steel gates any type and size all as specified

S&F steel rolling shutters with 1.25mm lathing,with ball bearing, as specified including top cover,anchoring rod, hasp and stable and one shop coat of primer, erected in position as indicated, complete. Push, pull or manual type including safety lever locks mild steel with 4 levers including taking down old shutter complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down MS cover over rolling shutter, removing dust shutter steps, cleaning of shaft, springs, crankshaft, gear aggangement and cleaning of all accessories with lub old and greesing and refixing same position.

S&F collapsible steel gates, top hung,consisting of channel pickets,pivoted flat bars, top and bottom runners, brass handles etc, as specified, erected in position and securing runners with holdfasts and brackets, including taking down of old collapseble gate complete all as specified and directed

Taking down the existing wrought out wheel, shifting top and bottom rail and removing bends in vertical flaps to collapsible gate including greasing, oiling and refixing in the same position all as specified and directed.

Cutting/up rooting of grass /bushes, vegetation growth of any type in buildings including making good in cement mortar 1:4 if required all as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in lime mortar including all quoins, arches,pillars, rtc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles built in cement mortar.

Dismantling Fencing wire mesh, any type.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, incl taking out embedded any position and making good disturbed in ground or PCC.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes in soft / loose soil not exc. 0.5 cum all as specified
