Phase- II

Note for Item No. 78 to 80 :- (i) Contractor or his authorised rep will report daily at 0900 hrs and onwards at complaint cell for collection of complaints from the concerned JE's In charge and distribute to all complaints/ detailing to tradesman, monitoring the work done and taking the complaint slip from trademans on every working day and re-submit the same after rectifying the complaint at complaint cell ,failing which a recovery of Rs 1000/- per day shall be recovered from the contractor account.

(ii) The complaints shall be attended & defects shall be rectified within 08 hrs i.e from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs excluding sunday & gazetted holiday, commencing from date and time of notifying the complaint slip failing which a Penalty @ Rs.120/-Per complaint per day (08 hrs) shall be levied upon/imposed on the contractor and necessary recovery shall be made from his dues on this account. , in case after checking & attending the defects, if it is not possible to rectify the defects within 08 hrs, the facts shall be brought to the notice of Engineer in charge by the contractor/ his rep immediately. If Engineer in charge is satisfied with contractor's view, no recovery will be made on this account.

(iii) Any item/material which are required to be replaced shall be paid under respective item under this schedule here in before as 'Supply Only'. (iv) The labours/ tradesmen required for replacement of 'Supply Only' items are included under this item. However labour charges for items where indicated 'M&L' , 'S&F' and 'in repair', shall be included in respective item. (v) The above all aspect shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the respective item.

Attending and rectify day to day complaints related to water supply & plumbing work such as leakage of bib cock / pillar cock / stop cock angle valve of any description changing the washers, clearing of air lock in the pipe, leaking low level or high level flushing cistern by adjusting the float valve and including removal and replacement of rubber washer in PVC siphons and adjusting the float valve of over head tanks and leaking PVC bends/galvanised iron pipes etc as per site requirement on all working days (excepy sunday & gazetted holiday) from 0900 hrs to 1700 hours complete all as specified & directed.

Attending and rectify day to day complaints related to joinery work such as repairs to cupboard, kitchen shelves, pelmet box, easing of doors and windows etc as ordered / required on all working days (excepy sunday & gazetted holiday) from 0900 hrs to 1700 hours complete all as specified & directed.

Attending and rectified day to day complaints pertaining to different type of repairs of steel windows, hinges welding with steel chowkhat, handles, door springs, frame, rolling shutter garages, repair by welding etc (run or spot welding as per site requirement) alongwith welding machine, gloves, welding glass, welding rod etc any other tools required, time to time requirement on any working days from 0900 hours to 1700 hours as directed complete all as specified and directed.

Repairs to Aluminium doors including taking down the shutter n.exc 2.00 Sqm for repairs/replacement of defective fitting & fixtures and refixing in the same opening complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Any Unsv item/material which are required to be replaced shall be paid under respective item separately as supply only)

M&L in patches cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) area not exc. 1.0 sqm to repair damages in floor, plinth protection, roof gola. Path and similar work etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down all type of sink (chinaware sink/stainless sink), with drainage board/without drainage board complete.
