Annual Rate Contract for Running maintenance work of pump house at RWSS Ranasar Jaitasar and Dhani Ranasar RWSS under O AND M sub division Sardarshahar District Churu

Maintenance of pipe line irrespective of size & material, which includes repairing of bursts and leakages, pollution control, survey and removal of chocking, disconnection of illegal connections, collection and recording minimum 10 nos. of residual chlorine samples during daily supply timings, inteconnection and all works related to pipe line networks in existing distribution/rising main pipe lines of all sizes by digging out suitable size of pit in loose soil/hard soil, including cutting of black top, WBM and CC top of road of any size at work site. This will also includes cutting of pipe ends, fixing of pipe piece with jointing material to make repait leak proof and refilling of pit by excavated sand by ramming it at sides of pipe and upto ground level. For entire job, contractor will use their own T&P. Contractor with his own resources shall arrange dewatering, JCB (excavator) and tractor compressor, if required any, and restore any amenety at his own cost, damaged, while performing the work in this item. This works includes daily patrolling and repair of leakages within stipulated time and complete maintenance of pipe line network of distribution and rising main pipe line network within the scope of work for per KM pipe line per month. Jointing material shall be provided by the Department.

Daily/ periodical operation of valves at supply times for specified by department per sluice valve per month. (Valve rod and cap to be arranged by contractor) 80-300 mm .

Running expenditure of pump houses which includes complete operation of pump motor , maintenance of log-books as directed by Engineer-in-charge, general up keeping of premises, security arrangements, Regular chemical dosing in CWR, cleaning and desilting of SR/CWR/SUMP once every six months, daily valve operation under the Campus of pump house and all other works as mentioned in scope of work in tender document for per pump house per month. (power supply minimum 16 hrs) (excluding repairing of pumping machinery etc.)

Labour charges of repairing of starter at site including opening and reassembling of starter with labour charges for replacing of defective parts with new one at site(parts will be supplied by department)

Repair Rewinding of Submersible motor includes full servicing and rewinding (wherever required) as per manufacturer's specification and to the satisfaction of Engineer Incharge. It includes the replacement of minor parts such as bushes (oil seal bush) Nut Bolts, washers, cable seal, gland ring, vent plug, water drain plug, etc. complete job

Repair Rewinding of Submersible motor includes full servicing and rewinding (wherever required) as per manufacturer's specification and to the satisfaction of Engineer Incharge.
