Eligibility Criteria

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

All other terms and conditions are as per the tender documents

Technical Criteria

Past Experience

The firm should have minimum of three years experience in installing Machineries on turnkey project, duly supported by the list of clients.

Others -- PO Copies/invoice copies/satisfactory client certificates for having supplied & installed and gave demonstration during preceding 3years

Capabilities of Vendor

The firm should quote for supply, installation and Commissioning of Machineries on turnkey basis as per the tender,otherwise the offers are liable for rejection.

Warranty for the Machineries should be comprehensive and should be for minimum of three years from the date of installation.

The firm should have wide service network in Karnataka.

Financial Status

The Manufacturers should have Avg. Annual Turnover of Rs. 5.00 Crores during preceding three years i.e.,2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24 from the supply and installation of such Machineries/equipments including cost of the machineries with ISO 9001:2000 certificate.The tenderer should submit the documents as a proof of Annual Financial Turnover such as, profit and loss account and Balance Sheet for the concerned years. The documents submitted must be Certified by the Chartered Accountant and signed by the authorized signatory of the tenderer. The CA Certificate as per proforma has to be submitted.Certificate issued by the competent authority of the Govt. in support of manufacturer of Machineries/ Equipments such as Registration certificate, Certificate of incorporation. Undertaking/ Self declaration from the firm/ bidder regarding the manufacturing of the quoted items is to be submitted.
